Not a narcotic, just ibuprofen...it should be over the counter but because the pet business is a multimillion dollar enterprise, they require an appointment...translation $200 for an anti inflammatory! We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

One of my dogs had been having eye problems, and the staff there has been very gentle with him while clearing up the problem. He actually loves to go to this vet office! While taking care of his eye problems, the vet also noticed the yeast infection on his skin that my other vet just passed off, as well as the irritation on his muzzle from the excessive tearing going on with his eyes. She gave me pills that cleared up both conditions and made him much more comfortable. Plus, aside from what they charge for prescription dog food ($10 more than my other vet for the same brand and size), their prices are very reasonable. Good care, kind treatment, good prices. We'll this veterinarian had other plans that day. As I stated earlier this was a vet she had seen but it was not our regular vet but they did take us that day. A blood test was ran to check numbers and as suspected it was time. I let them take her I though to prepare her for the injection and instead they brought me my baby girl back to the room already deceased. The injection had been done out of my sight. This is not how this should have gone down. I was devastated but kept my cool. Payment was made for arrangements and I left. I still every time I drive by this vet think of that day and what was taken from my sweet girl and myself. The chance for me to give her a proper goodbye and hold her as she passed. I have never been back
