My dog left with a flea infestation. I would not recommend this groomer. I thought he had allergies. When vacuuming the white carpet; fleas appeared. There are no other dogs in the house. He doesn't go in the woods. He is a small house dog. Do NOT use this groomer. read more

Took my mini Aussie for the first time this morning. She was a little nervous going in. She came out happy and beautiful. They originally said 2hrs but overall it took about an hour and a half. Scheduled a nail trim and grind. Arrived at scheduled time and Kendra was ready for him. Decided at the last minute to upgrade to the special Pawdicure package for less. She had plenty of time to do it so we lucked out. She did a great job as always an they texted as soon as he was ready. I was close by as it didn't take more than 20 to 30 min. Timing and all worked well. They all love him up there when he presents his submissive grin. He's very happy to see them. read more

I brought my old English bulldog in for a bath and brush with a deshedding treatment and a nail trim. I also requested teeth brushing but was told that they didn't add it to the appointment when I booked. What they quoted me over the phone was not the price I was told when I picked him up. They charged $90 for this service. I could see if I had a long haired dog or if they do needed a haircut but this was not the case. If I would have known it would cost this much I would not have booked the appointment. He also did not smell clean and was still shedding a ton of hair when I picked him up. I feel ripped off. I do not recommend this groomer. read more

We have been waiting for this day patiently and I'm glad we did. I really enjoyed the atmosphere when we walked in; it was cool and inviting. They made it easy to give my dog away. They took about an hour and called me at home to let me know when Maggie was done. They did a fantastic job and we will be repeat customers for sure. read more

They did a good job with my Husky and somewhat fairly priced for how things are priced these days. When I came in and dropped her off everything went smoothly. It's when I came back and the first thing I hear is "this dog shouldn't be on this kind of leash." A retractable leash, that I only use so she can travel out farther and not be restricted. I actually don't even use a leash on her most the times anyway. Just kind of annoying hearing someone in the back room talk about what kind of leash I should be using for my dog. I'm not paying you for that so not really your concern. My biggest problem was the Knick in her paw that I realized after a night of her licking it after she got her nails trimmed and etc. didn't notice it since it was on the bottom of her paw. Was able to get medicine on it before it got infected but glad they told me about it so I could get it taken care of quickly (sarcastic). Other than that everything else was fine which is why I'm doing 3/5 stars. Might go back but if not it wouldn't really bother me. read more

We have been looking for a groomer closer to home!! We not only found close but groomers extraordinaire!!! We have a golden retriever 12 yrs old ! For the first time since we've been here he looks like a Golden should! They de-shedded him! Would recommend this groomer no matter how far you travel!! Very homey atmosphere!! I get a good feeling about this place....it is soooooo dog friendly.. You would expect a good review from an owner when they take care of a dog and do a great job of grooming but when something does not go right----then you can judge what kind of place it is by the reaction they have and how they remedy the problem. It was a minor problem that I will not bore you with but they went over and above expectations in making me a happy customer. My dog is happy to go back as well!!! read more

Absolutely amazing! We brought a full size collie that had heavily matted hair that the vet said would need shaved but at the risk of some hair not growing back properly. We had combed and cut some matting out ourselves making the dog look poor, taking hours. The very kind folks at Clean Pooch took on the challenge and said they could save the hair without shaving! They did it!!!! ...and at a very fair price. The collie looked like a new dog!!! We will fully trust these folks and use their grooming service in the future to keep the dog in great shape.
