We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

She was adopted once before and brought back because the family had too young of kids for a 4 month old kitty. We found Meeny at a PetSmart event that Bonner Animal Rescue was at and I fell in love. I couldn't stop thinking about that sweet kitty that I knew I was going to bring home some day and be her forever home. About 2 weeks later, we called the shelter, set an appointment, and went to the appointment ready to give a kitty her forever home and the volunteers were very nice, passionate, and most of all they loved volunteering! We were there for about an hour visiting with Meeny making sure she was the right fit for us and 5 minutes later we were signing papers. After we signed papers, we left without a cat knowing that the next day, we would have a spoiled-rotten cat that loves chicken, and went to the store and got everything she would need and went home to get everything set up for her to enter her new life! When we went back the next day to pick up our kitty, she was all ready to go and all that was left was to pick her up and get things finalized. Meeny had a little bit of a scare, she thought I looked like a dog with my hat on and she got so scared she hissed and peed on one of the owners. When I took my hat off, she was all lovey again and she was ready to go. We also had another scare with a bell she was unfamiliar with and we went all around the shelter trying to find where Meeny, a tiny kitten, had gone. We brought out some "cookies" (treats) and she came right back. Meeny was our perfect match for our small family. I went to spend a couple of hours with a dog for a "date" and she basically conned me into taking him immediately, because she could tell I really liked him, and promised me that I would be able to train him and that she would help me if I needed it. She banned me from making any communications with anyone at the shelter. Over the week I fell in love with a dog who was too big and strong for me to handle. He accidentally hurt me several times and that was just his personality, not any fault of his. When I called to let her know I would be returning him, she blocked me, deleted me and was short, cold and absolutely heartless towards the situation she forced me into. I know that I knew I shouldn't take him right away and she covinced me otherwise. And I will take responsibility for being far too eager to be a dog mom.
