The way he was treating them got my attention. It was so friendly and his attitude was very professional. He was answering phone calls and switching from English to Spanish in a heart bit. He was fast and efficient, attending accordingly to how the costumers were arriving. When it was my turn, I was so glad he was bilingual since my husband only speaks Spanish, he answered all our doubts and help us pick the best paint for our budget. He gave me his card and told me that if I had any other question don't hesitate to call him. I would definitely go back to Kelly Moore in the future and recommend it to my friends and family. We need more people like him, being bilingual is a plus this days, Kelly Moore is lucky to have him. Great job Pedro Cerda thank you for all your help

What should have been a straightforward, professionally managed purchase turned into months of confusion, miscommunication, and repeated failures at every level of the organization. Orders were mishandled. Pricing changed without explanation. Promised callbacks never came. Appointments were scheduled and then missed. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. A company's true character shows when problems arise. In this case, it showed disorganization, indifference, and a startling lack of respect for a customer's time.
