The folks that work there are some of the nicest people on the plant, 3. Just need one bolt? You can find it like in an old time hardware store. You don't have to buy a packet, just the one bolt you need. 4. Need something but you are still in your pajamas, just pick up the phone and call, they will tell you in a short time if they have what you need and the price. 5. Store is well stocked, 6. The place is super clean and well lit. 7. Items on shelves in a logical order. 8. Aisles well marked. 9. As a former merchant, I'm a huge believer in supporting local businesses first. Needed stuff…read more Stopped in in lieu of Wal-Mart. I didn't need a whole kit of anything. I was able to piece together what I needed and spent only $1.82 for the bag. The lady that helped me was friendly and while I was waiting, the other employees were just as helpful and friendly. I don't get that at any Wal-Mart as a whole. They have a good amount of stuff from hardwares, electric, paint, flooring, hunting, etc. I'll be back.

The lady put me on hold to check the price and told me they were $4.00 less than the competitor so, needing 4 of them, I drove the 7 miles or so to Horaney's. When I arrived, I found them to actually be $3.00 MORE than the competitor's price. When I asked about this, the lady said she never checked the price but rather guessed at it. Sadly, after almost 30 years of shopping here, I can find adequate seeds elsewhere.

Orders were mishandled. Pricing changed without explanation. Promised callbacks never came. Appointments were scheduled and then missed. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. A company's true character shows when problems arise. In this case, it showed disorganization, indifference, and a startling lack of respect for a customer's time.

Both Ethan (mgr) and Trent (supervisor) went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Knowledgeable (what a concept) and super friendly. It really felt like the old days of going to the hardware store. Our delivery driver, Darin was also friendly and went out of his way to answer any other questions we had. It also helps that Lowe's gives military discount and has a much larger selection of products that can be used with it. When buying a riding law mover that 10% helps out a lot. We will definitely be using this store in the future.
