She said, "Yeah, no one has come by to bring samples in a few years." It wasn't just that it was ridiculous, it was that she said it as if it were just business as usual. I had to buy a sample and mentioned that it could not be shipped UPS as they have been legally trespassed for property damage. She said it would be shipped FedEx, which insured it would be there on time without hassle. A couple of weeks go by and they finally shipped it. The tracking is UPS. I heard that this is the worst Lowes around. It doesn't have to be, but a major leadership problem is why they keep losing business. At least Ralph's picture is off the ProDesk wall. He was either so bad they finally canned him or promoted him.
