They are amazing at customer service. Cody, one of the owners, actually spent over an hour of his time, showing me how to do general maintenance and didn't charge me for it, amazing. Dakota has such an incredible can-do attitude. After the recent storms, they were backlogged over three weeks and couldn't replace my mower deck spring but instead of turning me away, he sold me the part and gave me perfect instructions on how to do it myself. It's this kind of amazing attitude of not just saying no when it's easy but rather go the extra mile, and figure out a solution to my problem. They have a well earned lifetime customer here.

Upon completion of the move, you are forced to sign off that there was no damage in order for the 'clock' to stop. How is anyone supposed to know at that very second if there was damage done or not!!!!????? The only positive was that the crew was friendly and worked diligently. I will never use your company again nor recommend you to anyone!!!!
