I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. A company's true character shows when problems arise. In this case, it showed disorganization, indifference, and a startling lack of respect for a customer's time.

I told them ok just take a few bucks off of the $31 they were charging for the delivered inferior product and they laughed. When I arrived, I found them to actually be $3.00 MORE than the competitor's price. When I asked about this, the lady said she never checked the price but rather guessed at it.
