I brought my computer to show him pictures of the type of cabinets I wanted. He was rude and said I would hate those cabinets. I would hate how they would work. He tried to sell me a look from the 1980's. I said no. I told my contractor we would go somewhere else. All the sudden, David said they could build the cabinets I wanted. No problem. Well in the long run, David was right. They built poor quality cabinets that would not shut, would not line up, used the wrong hinges. David was rude, terrible to deal with and was happy to build a crappy cabinet to prove his point. The look was good. It was a 17K mistake to use these people. Their customer service is terrible. I can not repeat enough, do not use this unprofessional company.

The fact is that your builder brought you to us, and the first time I met you and your husband, I saw that you two were too picky and I didn't believe anyone could make you happy. I told you this from the start and didn't want to work with you! Your builder, that we have worked for for years insisted that we do the job because he knows that we are the best cabinet shop around. His mistake was thinking that anyone could make you happy. I never said you would "hate" the cabinets, I said I didn't think you would be happy with them. Of course this makes me "rude". And your comment about the 80's look is completely out of left field. Namely, they did not explain to me that they would be cutting the granite INSIDE THE HOUSE. There was a fine gray dust on every surface in my house, including everything in the lower kitchen cabinets. I would happily have removed all of that if I had been warned ahead of time. Then, the crew left my house on a Friday afternoon at 5:30 with my water turned off, explaining THEN that I would have to call a plumber to hook up my new faucet. It was at that point that I realized they had removed most of the plumbing under the sink, so that all had to be unnecessarily replaced, as well. Once that situation got resolved (after more than 24 hours with no water), I realized they had also left my stovetop/ventahood disconnected. All of this would have been fine if I had known ahead of time and had time to arrange for help. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
