Orders were mishandled. Pricing changed without explanation. Promised callbacks never came. Appointments were scheduled and then missed. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. Both Ethan (mgr) and Trent (supervisor) went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. Knowledgeable (what a concept) and super friendly. It really felt like the old days of going to the hardware store. Our delivery driver, Darin was also friendly and went out of his way to answer any other questions we had. It also helps that Lowe's gives military discount and has a much larger selection of products that can be used with it. When buying a riding law mover that 10% helps out a lot. We will definitely be using this store in the future.
