Within less than 30 days, one of the pieces had to be replaced and that's when I learned the disappointing truth: this isn't top-grain or genuine leather. It's "performance leather" coated in polyurethane, which means it's essentially a plastic layer over low-grade leather. The material may look beautiful on the showroom floor, but it does not hold up in real life. The so-called "leather" started showing damage almost immediately, and instead of standing behind the product, Havertys tried to blame the issue on pet damage and push me toward using my protection plan which completely misses the point. The problem isn't wear and tear; it's poor-quality materials disguised as luxury. For the price, I expected durability, integrity, and honesty from the brand. Unfortunately, all I got was frustration and disappointment. If you're considering the Hailey collection or any "performance leather" from Havertys, do your research first -- this is not real leather, and it does not perform like it.

i got a kohler standby generator from this place it has not worked from day one .payed for it 01 13…read more22 now here it is 03 23 22 and no one has taken care of the problem .they say its a manufacture issue. been waiting for parts. now we have to wait for certified installer to fix. we were told that the generator could have been replacrd by national wholsale supply. they said it was up to kohler. no one wants to take responsibility for the defective unit. parts have arrived as of 3-22 so just waiting on certified installer to come fix. beware of who you buy from and what unit.
