Every time they see him, he greets them with the biggest smile and makes them feel welcomed and excited to be there. When my boys can't make it to a workshop, he is even kind enough to hold a couple of the projects for them so they don't miss out. That may seem like a small gesture, but to my boys, it means so much. My little guy can talk Mr. Kevin's ear off, and Kevin is always so patient and genuinely takes the time to listen to him. You can tell that he truly enjoys working with the kids and cares about making the workshops a fun and positive experience for everyone. Mr. Kevin, you may not always be told this, but what you do matters. You're creating happy memories, encouraging kids to learn and build, and giving them something to look forward to. I rearranged my work schedule multiple times, only to sit and wait with no communication and no accountability. When I called for updates, I was transferred in circles. I was told the only person who could help was unavailable. I was promised follow-ups that never happened. On one occasion, I waited nearly an hour on hold only to be told the responsible employee had gone home. Every step required unnecessary effort on my part just to get basic information about my own purchase. The issue was not a single mistake. Mistakes happen. The issue was a complete breakdown of ownership. No one took responsibility. No one communicated clearly. No one seemed empowered to fix the problem. Instead, I was left to coordinate between departments that did not appear to communicate with each other. By the time partial corrections were made, the stress, lost time, and repeated inconveniences had far outweighed the value of the purchase itself. I should not have had to chase down updates, correct errors, and advocate this aggressively for something that was paid for in full. I cannot recommend this store. A company's true character shows when problems arise. In this case, it showed disorganization, indifference, and a startling lack of respect for a customer's time.
