I was greeted at the door. The cashier had a smile on. I walked around with my purchase, and a lady who seemed like she should be the manager - a taller short spiked blondish/white haired lady- was talking to another person. I walked by, and she stopped her conversation and asked me did I need a buggy. I told her no thanks, and that I was just browsing. I stopped to look at a bedspread and another worker talked to me about sales, coupons, and how she too wanted to purchase the spread. I got to the cash register and the manger checked me out. She gave quality service and was very kind. I commended them on a job well done, to which she stated usually customers would complain about the store when things are going wrong - and not give a compliment when things are going right.
