It occasionally it takes him a little bite to size my rings, but the work is excellent and he does carry some estate jewelry and it is beautiful and very reasonable compared to other stores in town. I picked out the setting and gave him $500 cash deposit. He gave me $200 credit for gold and was to place my diamonds in the new setting and engrave it. That was first week of March 2013. By end of March I had not heard from him. I called several times and left msgs. Nothing. I went to the store and there was a sign saying closed until after Easter! First week of April I called again left msgs. Nothing. We had to cancel wedding plans by this time. April 05 I got him on the phone and he promised me it would be complete by April 11. April 15 still nothing. Called left msg and on April 17 I got a call from his wife saying they never got the setting in. I asked to return my jewelry and cash and I would be there at lunch to do this. I get down there and he LEFT!!!! I was patient and calm and I have a check and my jewelry. Hopefully the check clears and I can find a wedding band for my soon to be. I would not recommend this jeweler at all.
