I do appreciate that my time was respected as I had a hard stop to my appointment time and my questions were answered. But the people here were a little pushy and unable to make a decent deal. The car I was looking at also had 3k more miles on it than it was listed as online. It was otherwise a suitable vehicle for me and the test drive was good, but vehicles I was looking at elsewhere were priced better. Therefore, I was surprised when they said they don't negotiate whatsoever on prices. They also insisted on looking at my current vehicle to assess the trade in value, even though I didn't express interest I having them do that, and they gave me a laughable value. Ultimately, I purchased a nearly identical Rav4 (same trim, etc) elsewhere with 4k more miles for $5.5k less.

Not a single dollar. Not a single follow-through. Just words to get you off their back. Let's not sugarcoat it: this is the kind of place that will take a vehicle with known issues, clear the codes, and push it out the door as if nothing's wrong--leaving you to deal with the consequences the second you're out of sight. Biggest mistake I made? Trusting them. I asked for maintenance records and was brushed off, and I let it slide because they seemed "reasonable" in person. That was a costly lesson.
