This is a review for Evergreen's Service & Parts Department…read more My usual place was booked and I was about to drive across the country, putting 5,000+ miles on my 2012 Forester (Franky). In a mental fog, I booked an appointment and then showed up the day before at the same time. The service department not only honored my appointment (even though I was there on the wrong day, because I'm an idiot), they WASHED my car and provided me with FREE snacks and tea, hilarious daytime TV to watch in a comfy waiting room, magazines to read, and chalk boards to doodle on. For the kids or the four-legged friends, there are books and dog biscuits. I admit I waited until I had arrived safely in SF to review this place.... but I remain impressed! They *could have* totally charged me an arm and a leg in the name of preventative measures (I was worried about taking such a heavy load for so many miles), but they charged me just the state inspection fee and nothing. else. I will absolutely be taking my Franky here next time I'm in Maine, it's worth the drive!!

The people of Autometrics are absolutely the BEST! A simple way to know if a shop is good is to see how busy it is. The owner even saved me $500, even though I was expecting to pay the full cost. Bottom line is they are honest, and I trust them. I know if I need work done on my vehicles, they are the only place I will go.

Deceptive sales tactics and unfulfilled service promises…read more I purchased a vehicle from Goodwin Mazda at the end of March. Looking back, I grossly overpaid, but I allowed myself to be pressured based on explicit assurances from their service department. The service manager specifically looked me in the eye and bragged that the vehicle was "better than inspectable." He guaranteed me that he would personally inspect it and perform any services that were even remotely close to needing attention so that I wouldn't face immediate repair bills. This turned out to be entirely false. I now have a sway bar link issue that requires attention, and the service department is completely refusing to cover it. I was lied to just to get the paperwork signed. Get a third-party inspection before giving them a dime. Management has my contact info on file under my account, but they have already made it clear they won't help.

I was near lease end on my current vehicle and visited Rowe to begin looking at options for my next vehicle. I was greeted by Adam Loudermilk on the main showroom floor who had me test driving the Sonata within minutes. He then introduced me to Chris Goulette who was able to answer every question I had as well as showed me a few other options for vehicles within their lots. By the end I had test drove 3-4 vehicles from their lot. What impressed me the most was I didn't feel like I was being pushed into purchasing a vehicle each time I visited. Of course they want my business but when I explained my situation and that I wanted to do my research before making a decision they were understanding. They kept me informed of current incentives and rebates thru email and would occasionally call if a good deal was available or new vehicle hit their lot. Cleve, in their internet sales department was on the ball with information as well. All in all I walked out of Rowe Auburn Hyundai with a Sonata Limited with the technology package and I love the car. I walked into the dealership around 8:30am and was driving out by 11:30. That might seem like a while but their finance team was in a morning meeting. Chris went over all the various features of the vehicle before I left the lot and they helped me return my previous lease back to the dealership. I would highly recommend Chris, Adam and Cleve to help you with your car buying needs. Do not be afraid to ask them questions as they are very knowledgable and help you to understand what you are looking at and how it works. I would certainly buy my next vehicle with them. Thanks Rowe Auburn Hyundai.

Both Nick and Korey went over every detail in my car before I drove off. Nick went above and beyond!! I tell everyone I know these are the guys to see! Mike J or Steve E (not quite sure who the guy who negotiated my trade in was great as well. However with out going into details Jim the finance man made this experience a nightmare. He was upset that I would not add additional coverage especially the tire and rim, referring to living in Mass and the conditions of the road. He was annoyed as I read everything as you should before you sign, and I questioned the final bill there was a discrepancy. So because "I took up all his time, my paper work could not be completed I would have to come back in the morning. Which was not completed that morning and he was not working that day, so added additional work on everyone. Unfortunately stressful for me, just was unnecessary. Joanne

I had a morning appointment but the confirmation text said I could drop it off the night before, so…read moreI did. I was not in a huge hurry but because I had the appointment I expected the windshield to be replaced within a few hours of that time, so I gave it 4 hours and called to check. The person on the phone told me 4 pm but because he did not ask my name, it seemed like he was just making up a time. I stewed on that for a couple of hours and called again only to be put on hold. I hung up after a while on hold and then the local store called me. I told her I was coming to get my car and she said they had it inside now and it would not be driveable. So I found a ride and went in, since I know that it takes them less than an hour to replace a windshield once they start. I understand that many companies are understaffed nowadays. I could even have waited a couple of days if asked. I just wanted someone to admit that a decision had been made to bump me and that I should have been asked first. I expressed that since it was turned into a rush job I am not confident of installation quality, and received a better warranty and a discount for that. But now I have to take it back to have the wipers re-set because they are tangling with each other.
