But then I got the bill and was charged two additional hours (they don't stop the clock until the limo is back in the garage--not when you leave it) which was tolerable but they charged me for those two hours at their full rate of $65/hr and not the discounted rate of $50/hr I was given. I also had to pay 20% gratuity automatically for those hours. This was different from what the contract said. I called them out on it and they never got back to me with an answer.

When the limo was a half an hour late I called to see where they were. I didn't get a person on the other end of the phone until my third time calling. After I talked to the man on the other end he assured me he'd call me back in a few minutes after he talked to the driver to see where he was. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I called back. No answer. About a minute later I got a text message (a text message!) from the man. He was still trying to get in touch with the driver. Long story short: the limo never showed, they stopped answering my phone calls, and now they're giving the bride a hard time about a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.
