So glad the Topsham mechanic wasn't available to work on my car at the time, or he would have torn it apart for no reason. AVOID THIS LOCATION.

This was so easy…read more No appointment needed just line up behind the orange cones and when a bay becomes available the garage door will open and the attendants will guide you in. You simply park over the oil change station and follow the attendants instruction. It really is only 10 minutes! Staff worked quickly, they were knowledgeable, they reset my oil light and hooked me up with a new cling for my window to tell me when I'll be due again. They check fluids, wash the windows, no high-pressure sales tactics, just quick, friendly service. I was in and out on my lunch hour. Like a snap. I'll be using them in the futre for my oil changes.

I figured the staff would have changed since my last experience. It took them 3.5 hours just to change the oil and my car was the only one in the shop. Then they came out and said that my brakes and muffler needed to be replaced. Took it to my family's mechanic a month later for an inspection and he said my brakes and muffler were in perfect condition. Unbelievable. Literally unbelievable. They gave me a call during the day for and update and asked permission to do a minor repair in addition to the tire and alignment. Later they called that the car was ready. Picked it up and on my way. Later I noticed a different noise coming from my back rear tire. Note: in recently had wheel bearings replaced by the dealer). So today while driving for work, the noise was more consistent and concerning. I drove by after work to see if they could advise me as to what was causing the new noise. Zach immediately asked for my keys and said they would take care of it. The process was a bit more complicated than he originally thought. The issue was probably more related to wear and tear of my car which was revealed from changing the tires. Zach came coming over to me giving me updates and apologizing. Yeah, I was a bit frustrated because I had a busy day and was tired. But Zach treated me like a person, maybe a friend. I felt appreciated and witnessed about 6 other people come I within the last 90 minutes of operation. He treated them all the same. A smile and honesty. The team in the bays worked hard too to get all of us on our way before closing. Thank you to Zach, who must sleep there, and the team for being professional and dedicated. You all rock!

It was a great experience: convenience of a loaner, on-time service, honest review of service needed and what should be done soon. The difference being that the dealer seemed to upcharge on what is needed and what coud be done. Their overhead charges and labor costs were extreme as well. That said, Autowerks charges a fair amount on labor and additional "Phantom" time did not appear on my bill. Give them a try.
