I had to call them and that is when she made another nasty and sarcastic remark. I cannot tell folks how to spend their money, but me personally I will never use this florist again.

I believe that due to the holiday, custom arrangements were not being offered, only designers' choice. This is for YOU, the owner: When I tried to address my concerns, you continuously interrupted me, forcing me to shout, "Are you going to let me finish speaking?!" And before you "try" to make this appear that "the customer was already irate", let me be clear that I was very calm at the onset of my call. Instead of taking accountability, you made several excuses and only offered a pathetic $8 refund for the balloon. When I pointed out that the flower arrangement looked off-kilter and skimpy for the price, you dismissed my concerns, saying, "It's the designer's choice." I also tipped the florist, making this even more frustrating. I want my tip back too! You need to work on your communication skills and actually making things right with customers instead of talking over them and offering weak refunds. I am not new to ordering flowers. The flowers were all over bloomed and the pricey arrangement was shot in 36 hours. They clearly used flowers leftover from another event. They used to be good years ago.
