In fact, it usually takes at least fifteen minutes for me to get it after pick up time. (One time I was even purposely late by twenty minutes and it still took an extra fifteen minutes). I ordered a DELUXE ARRANGEMENT and what I recieved doesnt even have SIX "replacement" roses in it, AT LEAST. It has FOUR. And zero star gypsophila (baby's breath)- which I find hard to believe they didnt have available, given that even the local supermarket has them sold by the bushel. I looked up other reviews and this seems to be a pattern, delivering subpar quality and offering little to no refunds. Im so irate & not in the mood to argue with anyone over this $13 bouquet of flowers that I was scammed into paying $82 for.
