The people seem nice and personable, but the place is poorly managed. Every time I order something from here and select a pick up time, the order is NEVER ready when I arrive. In fact, it usually takes at least fifteen minutes for me to get it after pick up time. (One time I was even purposely late by twenty minutes and it still took an extra fifteen minutes). This seems to mean they don't start making the bouquet until you are physically at the location. I think I will choose Waldorf from now on even if this location is a tad closer.

I am absolutely shocked with the value of flowers I recieved from the DELUXE bouquet I ordered for $82.00. The "substitution policy" is complete bullshit, given they dont even attempt to make the flowers look like what you ordered. These flowers do not look like I spent $82 on them at all- this is at most a grocery store arrangement placed in a vase. I ordered a DELUXE ARRANGEMENT and what I recieved doesnt even have SIX "replacement" roses in it, AT LEAST. It has FOUR. And zero star gypsophila (baby's breath)- which I find hard to believe they didnt have available, given that even the local supermarket has them sold by the bushel. I looked up other reviews and this seems to be a pattern, delivering subpar quality and offering little to no refunds. Im so irate & not in the mood to argue with anyone over this $13 bouquet of flowers that I was scammed into paying $82 for. I will be leaving a negative review across alll platforms and disputing this charge. Oh!
