While their overall prices are cheaper than the local florists, the flowers did not make it to the funereal home until the memorial service was over! Same thing happened to another arrangement for my friend's birthday, they didn't deliver it until the very next day. My only complain was the delivery fee was a bit higher than other florists, basic fee was $17.95 plus additional $12 if you want it deliver by noon. I knew I could save at least $40 to $60 ordering from those internet vendors but still chose Hoover-Fisher because of their reliability, can't afford to have any delay with funeral. I would most likely use this florist again but really hope they could lower the delivery fees in the future.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Upon checkout you can have your flowers placed in a boxed or wrapped in butcher paper. This was helpful to carry my flowers to the car. The location has their own parking lot so you don't have to worry about street parking. You can also preorder flowers if you have a special occasion coming up.
