I've worked with Gathered Stems many times over years -- most recently on a celebratory arrangement (end of medical treatment) for a loved one as well as a bereavement arrangement, and she's my go-to for Mother's Day flowers as well. I also paid for a balloon which was missing upon delivery. I would not recommend.
