Stopped by here for mother's day flowers with my brother! We made 2 bouquets out of individual flowers and honestly it was looking kind of bummy lol. An employee came up and helped us figure out which ones were cat safe as well! When we checked out Olivia helped us make our little flower arrangements come to life, definitely talented . It was n out expensive as we thought and they offer extra wrapping for 5 dollars which we chose to do! The inside space is also pretty cool and open, well spaced. i've been here a few times to custom order flowers and ordered online. when you phone in for an order you can provide a price, color selections and types of flowers so they can create a bouquet. flowers are always fresh and lasts over a week! unfortunately this time the flowers delivered with some dead and wilty ones but they graciously re delivered new flowers. definitely check it out if you're looking for flowers for a special occasion or even wedding flowers! read more

I assisted with a wedding on 11/20/2021. with the amount of changes we were making, plus last minute additions, I'm surprised Twinbrook even took us on. I reached out to Twinbrook 2 months prior & Brandon and I spent 2 hours on the phone discussing flowers, what the bride would want & what would look best for this wedding fitting in with the theme. we made several adjustments to the proposal in the end, but it worked out so well. huge shoutout to Brandon and his crew. Tonya and the Twinbrook floral design staff did a great job for our zoom wedding! They delivered on time and hassle-free. They delivered a bride bouquet, 3 corsages and 3 boutonnières on time. The staff also delivered and installed our large arrangement on our archway. That arrangement was detachable and became a lovely table centerpiece. This florist did not disappoint. In fact they did an amazing job on a sympathy arrangement that I ordered for a friend who lost her mom. The original design indicated that it would be 8 inches tall, which I thought might be kind of underwhelming, so I paid $10 extra to add some height to the arrangement. It turned out perfectly! I asked them to send me a picture of the flowers before they were delivered, and they could not guarantee that they would be able to do it, but they actually did send me a photo of the flowers. What a beautiful arrangement. I'm sure it will convey how much I care about this friend, and I'm hope it will brighten her day. read more

Go in person! My husband has gone in and picked out lovely, long lasting arrangements on several occasions. He's currently deployed, so he ordered a seasonal arrangement - without a photo! - to be delivered for my birthday. It is cringe inducing ugly, complete with plastic leaves. Also, the water was already dirty when they arrived, which is poor attention to detail on their part. TDLR - go in person for gorgeous flowers, don't trust them to deliver. Update: As you can see below, the owners very quickly and graciously offered a replacement. I didn't take them up on it, but want to reiterate that they do still have our business when we can go in person to order! It's always a risk to order sight unseen. read more

[Note: This is a wedding florals review only] I opted to DIY most of the flowers for my wedding. However, there were 2 floral elements that I knew I didn't want to DIY...and needed professionals for: my bridal bouquet and a trellis+floral arrangement. I had a very pleasant experience working with Tonya at Twinbrook - and the florals were had were beautiful and fresh! My only tiny quibble is that the ribbon around my bridal bouquet started to come untied/unpinned even before my ceremony started. It was a bit of a scramble, but nothing major. (However, when I pay $120 for a bridal bouquet, I for one expect that it will be good to go *before* the ceremony and not need any additional attention.) When I found Twinbrook, I scheduled a weekend appointment with Tonya who coordinates all of their wedding contracts. Tonya was great--we looked through photos of colors and flowers, I got a tour of their wholesale facility, and we talked about the specific needs for my wedding. She was very understanding that we were price sensitive, and generously provided high/medium/low floral options as we weighed our options before signing a contract. Ultimately, I decided just to use Twinbrook for my bridal bouquet and the trellis+floral arrangement. I settled on what I thought would be my preferred colors...and of course changed my mind about 8 weeks out from the wedding just around the time my final payment was due. Fortunately, Tonya was both understanding and supportive! She integrated new photos of arrangements that I liked into our contract and toggled the color requirements; the price remained the same. The final bouquet was STUNNING - and looked absolutely perfect with my dress and alongside my now husband. We had a similar change of heart with the trellis. Twinbrook has trellis structures (and other structures!) that can be rented; they can either break them down after your ceremony, or you can return them on your own. The one-way return delivery fee is $250, which in wedding-planning-land can almost certainly be spent on other items. We had thought originally that we would be able to return the trellis...but as family came to town, we realized it wouldn't be an option. So, again, I reached out to Tonya and she made a very late amendment to our contract with no issues whatsoever. When I started wedding planning, I wasn't warned about the high cost of florists. The full price quote for our wedding--for something that literally dies within days--was a wake-up call. And while we opted to cut costs and minimize the scope of our contract with Twinbrook, for the floral elements that did require Twinbrook, I'm very happy we chose to work with them. Tonya was extremely professional and responsive, and I knew very early on that we were in the best of hands with her and the florist team at Twinbrook. read more

I ordered the "Twinbrook's Blue Skies" early in the morning, and they were able to deliver it that same day. The flowers were delivered to the recipient in a timely manner, and I received an email notifying me when it was delivered. I didn't get to see the flowers in person, but the recipient sent me a photo, and it seemed pretty similar to the example photo on the website. Needed to find a place to do my wedding bouquet and this place seemed to have good reviews. They were very good at getting back about my questions. Very friendly. The bouquet was beautiful! I was so happy with it. They are quite expensive, don't think they should be priced as high as they quoted me but it's ok. My flowers didn't last too long, i did what I was supposed to do and they turned brown two days later. The bouquet was not all in one piece when i took it out of the box. Lots of the pieces has fallen out and I was quite disappointed. It was beautiful but I still was sad it showed up messy and didn't last long. Would've like to see more care put into it. It looked like someone took it apart, it wasn't appealing. Still beautiful though. read more

It was like they pulled them exactly out of our conversations. * They were really easy to meet with -- everything was figured out in pretty much one meeting * They educated a ton on trade-offs, types of flowers, etc. -- Tonya took us from Pinterest images to a complete understanding of what we wanted for both the ceremony and centerpieces. * They were really helpful making suggestions for our price range. * At the first meeting, she made a mini arrangement right in front of us so that we'd have examples * They provided parameters for lanterns & vases and allowed us to buy our own -- we weren't forced to use their supply. * They delivered the ceremony flowers in vases (not all vendors include this) * They couldn't get a type of flower but called up with a solution ready to go that was perfect.
