Definitely can say I was happy to find this salon! I had went to another salon nearby for a blowout and it was awful. The girl didn't scrub my scalp or listen to any of my requests. Two stars means "could've been better" so that's exactly it. My stylist asked to confirm that I wanted "icy/ashy" blonde for my color. And yes that's what I wanted and confirmed. I'm here at work now with brassy, yellow hair. Yeah. And I'm already a natural blonde so this should not have happened. Do better. And the salon itself could be much classier looks-wise. read more

In all fairness to the salon, it is very hard to write a review about the services they provide when 'NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALL' or FB message post to book an appointment. I called the salon a total of 4 times today over an 8 hour period. Two times I left voice mail messages and one FB Instant message and the other two calls I just hung-up when they went to their voice mail. WOW, I can't believe after almost 9 hours, no one checks their messages!!! Oh well, I guess I'll take my generous tipping elsewhere. Clearly, they are not looking for new customers!!! read more

I will give them credit for being friendly and responsive, but this experience was awful and continues to be so every time I look at my breaking, damaged hair in the mirror. Pictures show what I started with, after the appointment, then after the follow-up correction appointment (that took five hours!). I reached out a third time and was referred to a different stylist who was able to give me something I can live with. However, as time goes on, more and more hair is breaking off, leaving funky strands sticking out all over, especially around my face and crown. I am not one to complain. I read the Yelp reviews before deciding to make an appointment here. If I would have received a good cut/color, I would be leaving a positive review. Unfortunately, I did not. With the time spent in all these appointments, when my request wasn't anything out of the ordinary, along with the damage to my hair, I do not recommend this place and feel that my review is fair based on my experience. read more

I had an appointment there last Thursday. At 7:30am I called and left a message that I would have to cancel and would be calling back to reschedule. I let them know in my message that I was unable to get out of work, I work in an OR and had an emergency which pushed my cases back. When I went for my rescheduled appointment I was charged extra. I did not notice until the next day. When I called and asked why the price went up, they informed me that I was being charged for a "missed" appointment. I told them I called and left a message, I was told it didn't matter because I didn't give a 24 hour notice. I make advance appointments, so needless to say I cancelled the 2 I had scheduled. On the bright side, the person who had the emergency surgery is doing fine. read more

Shellac manicure chipped the same day I got it, their response to my complaint was to drive an hour back to the salon, leave the wedding so they could have another tech fix it. How about you do a good job the first time like all other salons do. I Will never return and will make sure everyone I come into contact with knows their nail techs are substandard. read more

I've been going to this salon ever since it opened - even before, when the current owner was just a stylist for the previous owner. The stylists are so friendly and do a wonderful job on the haircuts, dye jobs, and even waxing! It's in a convienent location, too. I recommend this salon to all of my friends and have yet to leave without loving my new 'do! read more

I called around lunchtime and they got me in that night! My stylist was Molly, and she was efficient, listened to what I wanted, kind, and talented! The other stylists were really nice to me as well. My haircut and blowdry was only $35, which I think is a great deal for a salon cut. read more

I went in with pretty thick long brown hair and requested an ombré. 30 minutes into it my scalp felt like it was on fire. I have lumps on the back of my head and the stylist completely fried my hair off. She cut a foot of my hair off, used thinning scissors, put my hair in a French braid and sent me on my merry way.. think twice before coming here. I told haley the girl who did my hair that I had gotten a sample size redkin conditioner from Andrew Marke but ran out of that months ago and was now using herbal essence. I was not given a rebounder kit for free, I PAID for the rebounder kit then got my money back .. it was never thrown in there. Stephanie said "bring me the receipt and I'll compensate you whatever it takes" but switched it up to "I said I'd pay half." read more

I had high hopes for this salon, but I was severely disappointed. I received the worst cut and color of my life! I questioned the color before I left, but the stylist said that she thought the colors were great! She said she was going to add a long layer into my hair, and I agreed with that idea. However, if I had known that long meant halfway up my head, I would have said no! Once I got home and started really playing with my hair, I broke into tears!! The cut was disconnected and choppy. I had blotches and literally spots of color under the top layer. My highlights stopped with my top layer, so my hair looked half done! What I received was not a livable style! I had to go pay another $150 to get it somewhat fixed. I'm still upset, because the cut is the cut- I was able to get it blended a little, but I just have to wait for new growth. The color was able to be fixed for the most part, but the color that she originally put in my hair was strong and did not want to lift out! I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!! I paid good money to make myself cry! I didn't get what I asked for and I will continue to pay the price every time I look at my hair that looks like my child cut it!!! So upset and disappointed!!! read more
