My only gripe as a very amateur DIYer was for a starter replace on my Sienna, they quoted me $500 and change. 15 minutes later I was on my way to pick up a denzo from a local Toyota dealership that ended up costing me about $200 after the core refund. Changing this starter cost me a ten minute YouTube video and about 20 minutes of work. A ratchet, an extender, and three metric sockets. Bananas. This repair was easier and cleaner than an oil change. I get it that it's a shop. I get that not every starter is going to be this easy, but you can walk over to a parking stall with the new starter and bang out two or three of these per hour if you're a professional. If you need quality Toyota parts quick, this is your next best thing to a dealership.

Jesse was really easy to get in touch, I let him know what the dealership advised as far as needed repairs and he was transparent and honest about the work that was needed for my 2014 VW Beetle! The value and quality of work was better than what the dealership quoted me. VW advised me to replace the valve cover gasket but Jesse let me know it's very likely that whole value cover needs to be replaced since they are made of plastic and crack. The valve cover replacement at MB Euro cost me less than the dealership was charging for the valve cover gasket alone. He showed me the old parts after the repairs were complete and I'm glad I went with his recommendations. Looking forward to keeping the car in good shape for years to come!

He started the inspection but admitted he did not have the Ethernet cable required to get the service codes on a Volvo. He read the CARFAX history and gave me recommendations for questions to ask and things to keep in mind. He looked for structural damage and looked under the hood. He did not require the $250 because he didn't have the ability to read the codes, after all. I appreciate his honesty and am thankful to have had someone knowledgeable to talk to about the vehicle.
