They wrote out the type of bulbs to get but unfortunately these bulbs are virtually impossible to get. After numerous trips to try to find them we called the store yet again to tell them we were returning them. They were less than helpful, rude and promised they would look into it and get back to us but of course didn't. We were also informed that they do not accept returns and that it wasn't their problem..."they aren't in the light bulb business", imagine that...a light fixture store that isn't in the light bulb business! This time was for a 20 amp dual switch for heater/fan bathroom exhaust unit, which I can order on AMAZON and/or through Home Depot...... "ahh, Crown Electric will have it"...we all say... ah NOPE!- denied again!! This again is one of about 3 disappointments over 2 years from a self-proclaimed specialized, home-town, electrical supply store. And after talking to 2 parts techs there NEITHER one offered to order it OR make any attempts to help me secure the switch. It was just 'we don't have it sorry, bye'. Again, this is the most recent of 2 other past similar experiences. Well, they have lost me as a longtime customer. They are just an overrated Lowes or HomeDeport trying to do everything and getting worse at all of it!!! And with even less customer support, if that is even possible!!

They have a large garage door next to the main entrance and it's often open, letting in the fresh air and great for convenience. If my company orders ahead, they usually have my supplies all ready go to on the store floor. The reason I don't give them 5 stars is one of the main guys behind the counter has ZERO customer service skills! Not very friendly, begrudgingly "helpful", it's as if he's upset you're even there. I thought about giving 2 stars because of him, however the store itself is good. Get rid of this guy and it would be a fantastic place. Also the staff, (usually only 2, which includes the guy above) isn't very helpful. One of the younger guys is, but the customer service takes a huge hit with grumpy behind the counter.

Great selection of home goods, but poorly organized and managed…read more Full disclosure - I tried to go to Bed Bath and Beyond first, not realizing the entire chain had gone out of business, so this was not my first choice for a home decor store. Ended up here while looking for wall shelves and similar storage solutions. It was somewhat difficult for me to find what I was looking for. I kept ending up in the unofficial "storage solutions" section, which included over-the-door racks, drawer organizers, shower caddies, and various cabinet organizers. Figuring there had to be something else, I looked for an employee to ask for help and couldn't find anyone. The store was the size of a Wal-Mart, and the whole time I was there, I only saw two employees - one at a checkout counter and one stocking merchandise. Eventually, I asked the latter for help, and they seemed rather uninterested, like I was distracting them from something else. I usually prefer not being approached or guided by employees, but that's not the same as not being able to find any help when you have a question about a product. I did eventually find wall shelves in the "wall decor" section, which held things like picture frames, clocks, and wall art. That's not a problem, I just wish I was able to get help finding it and not have to just wander through the store lost. The shelves, clocks, and other wall installations were really haphazardly organized, as if they'd just been shoved onto the shelves in any random order. There wasn't a lot of variety in them, so we kind of settled for something mostly because we really didn't want to have to go to another home goods store. The store as a whole is... fine, I guess. But between the disorganization and the difficulties in finding anything (including someone to check you out), I wouldn't go there again.
