In 2003 I bought my complete set of kitchen appliances from SouthTowns Appliance at this location…read moreand they would have gotten 5 starts if I were writing Yelp reviews back then. Today, the parts, service and repair people who were in the back have expanded to the entire facility and are keeping up the tradition of excellence. My 19-year-old dishwasher finally wore out. Me, being "thrifty" aka "cheap" priced a new one at Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot before heading here. Each of them had a model to fit my requirements (24 inch stainless steel front and tub) on sale. None had the one I wanted on display or in stock. I would have to order and wait. Only Lowes had someone in the store who knew how to find a dishwasher in their system without getting help. The appliance department in Best Buy looks like someone went through and shoved everything into a pile. I saved the best store till last. The dishwasher I wanted was on display in the front of the store. The knowledgeable salesperson knew the price and answered my questions. Within a minute I knew the price here was better than any of the big box prices. I ordered my dishwasher on the spot. It was in stock, delivered, and installed at the date and time promised. Bravo!

Mike (the owner) was extremely kind and helpful for something that ended up being such a small job. I was just too afraid of risking something getting broken and would end up being a way bigger job. His price was extremely reasonable and he had mentioned if I have anymore issues he would come back free of charge. I would definitely use this company if I should experience any issues in the future.

I called the service dept and was given an appointment from N & M. Earliest appointment they had was June 26, 2026, took the day off of work and an old man who coughed the whole time and did not speak replaced the control panel. He turned it on and saw that it started warming up to 100 degrees and packed up everything and left. Later that evening I tried to bake something in the oven and it completely turned off again! Called back for another appointment and was given 7/1/26, I took off another day of work-they did not show up for the appointment and said my appoinment was for the following wednesday, that was not true. Made another appointment for 7/10/26, took off another day from work, was called by N&M at 8:00 am to say that their techninion called "in sick" and they cancelled my appointment again! This is absolutely unacceptable, poor customer service. I do not ever recommend this company for anyone, well only if you want to have an appliance that lives in your kitchen not working and you want to lose money at your job for taking off and waiting for someone to come and fix the silver box sitting in your kitchen who never comes!! Why did I purchase an extended warranty! They do not care about their customers at all!! Worst company ever!!! Orvilles should not have a contract with such a terrible company!! If I could give 0 stars I would!

Had to wait another week for the part and fight to be seen again while going on 3 weeks without a washer. Technician comes, again 5 mins total in my home, after 1 load of laundry washer is broken. Have to wait a week for them to come out yet again. 10 mins in, still hasnt taken anything apart. I get its probably the transmission. Which also means waiting at least another week. Page thinks its reasonable to make a family of 5 be without a washer for over 6 weeks because she tmrefuses to send another technician out because we live to far away. Proceed to yell at me that I should be patient and complacent and they are busy so I should just suck it up. Between them and New Leaf I will never use them and never buy a warranty again. Besides a local repair shop even said being forced to wait that long is uncalled for. Not surprised Paige is dogging a customer with a bad review that its all his fault. And scheduling at least 2 weeks out for over 2 years! I was at least comforted in seeing that MANY others had such a horrible experience as well! Don't worry, I had MUCH better luck moving on and fi do g a reputable reliable company!

If you are ever lonely and want perfect strangers to talk with that will tell you more than you…read moreever wanted to know about themselves you must head to your nearest landromat ANYTOWN USA. Tonight I decided to save a million dollars doing my down comforter myself instead of letting the dry cleaners cover it with chemicals before I slept under it again. Dry cleaner quote = $50.00 + free seasonal storage Total cost at laundromat = $6.50 + one headache. When I threw my blankie into the dryer I pulled a chair up acrost from the dryer so I could immediately pull the blanket out if I saw feathers start to fly. A man came by and said excuse me and passed by me. I said I was sorry to be in the way but I was watching my blanket carefully for feather leakage. He then told me if I would sit there he would sit on the table next to me and announced he was in the army years ago and never thought of women till he got back here and now he thinks of them all the time but he doesn't want a wife. I stared astounded. He then said he was going to move to Turkey to leave this country and I said "Um, tell the girls you are American and you can have your pick. He didn't get it. I saw an older man on the other side of the facility turn his back so we could not see him laughing silently. He also told me he got up at 4:30 am and had all his chores done and would be going home to a couple beers, TV,or a Video game or two. I stepped out to smoke and leave him be. When I walked back in to check my comforter, he said " I quit in 2000 when my Mom died. We smoked like fiends but it was easy after she was gone to quit." I told him I abhore people who drink. He said "Yeah, I like to drink once in a while." I told him I knew a lot of people who beat the crap out of someone after drinking but did not know a soul who beat anyone up after smoking a cigrette. The man on the other side is smiling and openly staring at this point. I called to check on my son and ended the call with "I'll see you in ten minutes." I hung up and my new friend said "OH, was that your boyfriend? I informed him I did not need a man as I was growing my own at home! The man acrost the way laughed out loud as I left. Goodness gracious! By the way, back on topic: This laundry mat is clean and maintained well and never runs out of change or soap and takes old and new fives and tens. 14 quarters to run the triple loader for a comforter and a quarter gets you 12 minutes dry time.
