Was ok, nice location, nice neighborhood, a Catholic Church next door, a library, a very expensive restaurant nearby and a pizza shop

Cheap overnight accommodations for people with business at the Dartmouth Medical Center. Shared bedrooms, common bath and kitchen.

0 stars :-( Bad and sad experience…read more We are a couple playing old-time music semi-professionally in our hometown. For a number of reasons we wanted to rent instruments rather than traveling with them. No one responded to the request for contact I sent through the website. I called 21 times (no exaggeration) from Sept 7 - Dec 13 at different times of day when they were supposedly open according to their website. All my calls and visits were during open hours. I wanted to rent an acoustic guitar while visiting family in Hanover in mid-December. There was never an option to leave a message. They answered only twice. The first answer was in late October and an employee said I could come in when I got to town and choose a rental from their supply. A day later we decided to rent a fiddle too. Four more calls later the next week, they finally answered and an employee said yes we could rent a fiddle too. I was a bit leery due to the difficulty of contacting them but decided to plan on the rentals. We got into Hanover, called the store from our Air BnB and got no answer. The next day we went to the store. The door was locked and no one answered our knocks. Their sidewalk sandwich board was folded up and leaning against the wall. We thought maybe they went to lunch. We went back a couple of more times that afternoon and nothing had changed. We also tried calling (four more times) but got no answer. The story ends with no instruments for us and no performance for our family reunion. Big thumbs down and not recommended

The delivery person claimed…read morethat the package was left with " an agent, front desk or mail room" It's a single family home and they never tried to get a signature. The package was left under the mailbox in the rain and was vandalized. Someone smashed the side of the box and removed a pair of gold earrings leaving the soggy crinkled smashed box behind. I tried 8 times yesterday to call the post office. The phone rings for number of minutes and then disconnects. I am going to try today again. usps will hopefully cover $100 of their insurance but I am out $200.

I had an awful experience here. Near closing time, my girlfriend and I were in the store when a…read moreworker instructed me to use an alternative door to pick up tape. The moment I returned, another employee--who hadn't moved from her desk the entire time we were there--suddenly jumped up, yelling "What are you doing?" three times, in an aggressive and confrontational tone. It was clear she assumed I was committing a crime--stealing mail, of all things. Only after realizing she had just racially profiled me did she attempt a weak, half-hearted apology. The situation could have been resolved with a simple, professional "Hey, why did you use that door?" instead of immediate hostility and accusations. This kind of blatant profiling is unacceptable, and the employees here clearly need conflict resolution training--or at the very least, basic respect for customers. If you value being treated with dignity, skip this place and take your business to FedEx instead.
