I know a lot of the staff and have bought a few guitars in here. They have some nice used amps and guitars you don't have to pay top dollar for or get ripped off. The prices vary, but generally very affordable. There new location is epic. In the back where all the acoustics are it gives the felling like your in a barn, but very nicely put together. I recently brought a guitar in to have a bridge pick-up swapped. They swapped that just fine, but the neck pick-up now no longer works, which I asked them to do nothing to. I figured they had to clip the strings to get the picks up swapped, so I'll have them give me a set up. The guitar is now in worse shape than before I brought it in. Ton of buzzy, noisy frets, and the stability of the tuning is just awful. I'm free to excuse them of the tuning issues, as maybe that's just the guitar's fault.. but the rest left me very unsatisfied, and feeling like I paid for way more than I got.

They had excellent selection of acoustic guitars and he was more than willing to let me try any that I wanted. Understandably, he wanted to take them off the wall for me. When I went there and paid my fees three days ago, I was informed that I was the only student enrolled but was not told that the class could be canceled due to the minimum requirement of three students. I arrived for the first class today, excited to begin, only to be told that they had a meeting yesterday and decided to postpone the class--yet no one informed me. This lack of communication was very frustrating and unprofessional. While the staff were friendly, that doesn't make up for the inconvenience of showing up for a class that was never going to happen.
