After receiving no response to our text and email follow-ups since Thursday, we called their…read morecustomer service line this morning to request a status update and emphasize the urgency. Shortly after, the technician (Jeff) called me back extremely upset, claiming we were "bugging" them, and stated that the owner instructed him to cancel our job and process a full refund. I explained that this was our first phone call today to management and we were simply looking for a timeline since we hadn't heard back all weekend. But he refused to listen, claimed he told us to wait until Monday (which is not in our call recordings or my notes), and canceled the service. Very unprofessional conduct. We suspect this company is discriminatory due to us not sounding like we are from the area and being based out of state. We also paid for our job, but have yet to receive a full refund.

After a bad storm in August of 2024, Daniel was going through our neighborhood knocking on doors…read more He asked if he can look for damage to our roof and I said sure why not. I went on the roof with him and he noticed damage in some areas. My insurance company sent out one of their inspectors and he noted the damage. As always my insurance company nickel and dimed the situation to do the bare minimum of repairs. The Restoration Guys know what they are doing, they got me a full roof replacement . It took some time and some fighting with my insurance company, but they guided me through the process and in the end the whole roof was replaced for just the cost of my $1,000 deductible. It looks great! And I highly recommend them Just be patient through the process.

The Third Estimate was one of 3 estimates we had for a roofing project in 2025. We ultimately did…read morenot choose them due to how aggressive they were in trying to get us to commit to the estimate they offered. In 2026, the time of this review, we had hail and wind during a storm last week and I get a random text from them (see picture) stating that I signed up for messages from them, which I did not, and noted the storm. Are they storm chasers now? I really wish they would not "opt in" people that never opted in.

After talking to him and explaining my time limit and everything, he said he could do it so I hired him on the spot. Ryan was the lead on my project and they were a pleasure to work with.
