We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job. We did what we were hired to do. After years of a good relationship working with Alan, he has disappeared and will not pay us for our work. Took large amounts of money for a project that was never finished. What he DID do was poor quality…read moreand had to be completely rebuilt from scratch. Poor time management, was always hours later than expected and rarely worked for more than a couple hours in a day. Clearly did not know what he was doing and that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of attempting to do it regardless and wasting thousands of dollars. Fortunately the majority of the materials could be reused, but some had to be trashed entirely.
