I replied "sorry, I will not provide that personal information to someone calling me. It goes against everything security companies advise us NOT to do...we should NEVER provide our full name, address and DOB to an incoming caller. Let's find a better way to do this." The Mayfair caller had no idea what to do, other than she wouldn't schedule me, and I couldn't call HER back. I finally convinced her that we could select a convenient time, she could call my doctor's office to relay the appointment info. MAYFAIR MUST update their processes to come up with a state of the art booking system. This is 2025, not 1975.

They don't have in the system the form I sent the day before. What a waste of time. Had to redo it all over again. Borrow a phone. Then it was 15 minutes of questions on the phone. Usually what the technician asks when you go for a mammogram. Did anyone in your family ever had breast cancer etc. etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask the same questions over again when I go. I don't feel like going through this ordeal every single time I need to book an appt. I think I'm going to try another company next time. The process was so slow.

EFW & my family doctor both confirmed that the ultrasound done at Canada Diagnostic Savanna misreported 137bpm when there was NO HEARTBEAT AT THAT TIME! NO CARDIO ACTIVITY. I was not asked for consent for a woman audience and it was absolutely degrading and humiliating. I have to wonder why they think it was OK not to ask consent and what the difference would be if I was a female patient with a room full of men while my privates are displayed and invasive procedures are done! I've talked to my family doctor concerning this horrible dehumanizing experience and I will not return to the Rockyview hospital for any further degrading experiences. He will contact another cancer doctor for me to see if necessary. Beware of this place and find an alternative to this toxic place.

He keeps telling me it's normal nasal functioning and I just need to get use to it but it's been 3 months post op, it hasn't improved at all. I'm only sleeping 4 hours a night because of my sinus pressure and it's so hard to function, I feel like giving up. Now because I had to cancel within 24 hours because work had an early meeting I couldn't miss, he wants me to pay $75 dollars to reschedule. I already paid $300 for the procedure and got an infection that cost another $100 in ointments and antibiotics. This is just a money trap that that keeps on taking.
