All the employees I came in contact with were extremely kind and accommodating. I must especially mention Jiselle - Assistant Clinic Manager and thank her for her help with a home pick up. Since I was done so quickly, I should have waited more than an hour and a half, but Jiselle called Access Calgary and arranged an earlier pickup. They said everything is good. Follow up ultrasound Oct 9, 2025 at EFW Radiology and I was told there is no heartbeat. EFW & my family doctor both confirmed that the ultrasound done at Canada Diagnostic Savanna misreported 137bpm when there was NO HEARTBEAT AT THAT TIME! NO CARDIO ACTIVITY. Took three month to get an Ultra sound appointment to have my hands done…read more Got an appointment at Wosler Diagnostic in less than a week. My hands are so sore, I can hardly hold a spoon? Happy to had a Physician friend recommend Wosler! Mayfair has a lousy booking system with zero respect for the patients time. Holding for ten minutes and than switched to a call back system!

I replied "sorry, I will not provide that personal information to someone calling me. It goes against everything security companies advise us NOT to do...we should NEVER provide our full name, address and DOB to an incoming caller. Let's find a better way to do this." The Mayfair caller had no idea what to do, other than she wouldn't schedule me, and I couldn't call HER back. I finally convinced her that we could select a convenient time, she could call my doctor's office to relay the appointment info. MAYFAIR MUST update their processes to come up with a state of the art booking system. This is 2025, not 1975.

Nice clean and organized Crowfoot office…read more The front desk people were very friendly and welcoming, but my experience got turned completely upside down when I met with the technician, Val. She was so rude and condescending, I don't know if she's always like that or just having a bad day but it made the whole experience go down hill fast. Right upon meeting her, no hi or anything to welcome me. Just barked allot of orders at me of what to do. If your looking for the military, no emotional experience, this would be that one with Val. I go for ultra sounds every month and this was the first time at this location and I can honestly say I've never encountered such a rude, cold tech. Usually the ones I encounter are kind, make you feel relaxed and true professionals. Val was the opposite and the whole appointment I felt that she would have rather be any where but there. At one point during the appointment I needed to face her to do a side scan of my stomach and she asked me not to look at her. So awkward when your facing someone. It's also such a strange thing to say to a patient? The 25 minute appointment consisted of allot of negative comments and the most uncomfortable when your in such a vulnerable state.I was very quiet and just listened since I just wanted to get it over with. After the appointment I was going to stop in to the front desk to let them know what had transpired at my appointment but they had some patients they were helping and I didn't want to take up any of there time since they were so kind when I arrived and I didn't want them to have to deal with Val and her lack of service. I mentioned this experience to my Dr after we reviewed the results a few days later, which I also had to get re-done else where since Val didn't even do a good job on my ultra sound, so a definite waste of me time to have to re-do it. My Dr suggested I contact Mayfair Diagnostics Crowfoot to let them know about what transpired at my appointment with the tech and to also let them know the employee didn't do a good job and I needed to go the following week to another diagnostic to get it re-done properly. My Dr also stated they could contact her to verify the ultra sound wasn't done properly and my concerns at the appointment. I would give the front desk staff a 5 star since they truly are friendly and want to do a good job. I would give the ultra sound tech Val, less then a one star if I could. The most cold, unfriendly person you can encounter and it's sad that this person deals with people.Will never go back to this location because of her. I will continue getting my ultra sounds else where and at least it will get done correctly and with a professional.

Avoid calling the central booking line to schedule your exams--it can result in very long wait…read moretimes. Instead, go directly to the Canada Diagnostic Centre at Pacific Place and explain your urgent situation in person. They were incredibly helpful and managed to find me a cancellation spot twice on the same day. I really appreciate their support during a very urgent time for me. Thank you!

Patient care is often another barrier that chronic pain patients experience. The Manager Shannah spent excessive amounts of time on two separate occasions to organizations my injections- in the way that worked for my pain needs. In spite of what the news says most chronic pain patients don't want opioids, and these treatments allow us to live with far less of them. This changes the quality of our lives. Every single person I interacted with was amazing, kind, helpful, And professional. I wish I could remember the name of the tech who assisted the dr. Effective distraction while being jabbed by needles into your si joints is a thing. She was a complete angel. I would have my children treated here with the confidence of knowing that there is no where in the world they would receive better care.

There is an elevator, although it takes forever which is weird given the lack of height of the building. There are very large, clear signs guiding you in the only direction down the hall you can really go. I had an early afternoon appointment. I walked in and there was no one waiting. The lady at the desk took my info quickly. She was pleasant although not overly friendly. I sat down and waited no more than 10 minutes (and I had been early). The ultrasound technician was very friendly and professional. She did her thing, always explaining what she was doing and where she'd be touching so there would be no surprises. It really put me at ease. The whole appointment took less than half an hour (including a short wait for results to take back to the hospital). If I need services like these again, this location is a top choice compared to some others. There is also a lot of parking which is handy!
