I would highly recommend the Scenic Acres Medical Clinic.

From the first second I stepped into the clinic I found all staff very polite, helpful and friendly and it was giving me the feeling that they all want to do their best to help. When i arrived to the destination ( 43 mins from my home ) I was told I needed to return the device the next day at 6-9 am. I said i had to drop my 4 kids at school at 840 so i would be 20 mins late . The technician said no, so i had to get someone else to drop it off for me the next day ( rules are rules so i didnt push). The same technician was rude and codescending ( this is NOT her first negative review .. red hair 30-40s ). She would not make eye contact. She pointed at what she wanted me to do instead of asking. Finally I called her out on being rude when she demanded i take off my shirt instead of asking me nicely or offering me a blanket to feel less exposed OR even saying " i am going to apply leads so you need to take you shirt off for a minute". I asked for a new technician as she was making me so uncomfortable ( as if i wanted to spend my morning getting a heart monitor with a cup of joy at the bed side ). The next technician, Pat, was lovely. Showed me how to use device. She was patient with my questions and the whole event only took 3 mins. I personally have not dealt with the cardiologists in building but my husband has and they are lovely. Too bad they hired someone that brings down their image .

I have been seeing acupuncturists intermittently for the last 10 years, and I am happiest with Dr. Mandy for several reasons. 1.She is very personable and makes you feel at ease the moment you meet her. 2. Her knowledge base is so broad in TCM and I also like the fact she was an MD in China so she has training and skill in both eastern and western medicine. I ask many questions (to the point of being annoying I am sure) and she always is happy to answer and helpful in my own quest for knowledge and understanding. 3. I have many things I like to be treated for - digestions issues, muscle and joint damage, circulation are the three most common for me. I find that both Dr. Mandy and Dr. Ellen have helped me in their methods. Dr. Mandy is willing to try different treatments each time depending on my current issues. And she tells me everything she is doing and why it works, which is great. I recommend her highly to anyone who is new to or familiar with acupuncture. You won't be disappointed!

I have been a long time client coming here to Britannia for all my Botox and filler needs however,…read morerecently I was paired with the worse injector for filler. It's crazy how one injector can ruin the whole experience and almost your face. I forgot her name because I haven't been assigned her for filler before but I showed her a photo of a beautiful influencer I loved her face shape and it was slim feminine with a nice defined side jaw line. My face shape is not far from this influencers face shape just wanted it more defined and emphasized slim and feminine. This injector did it so poorly that it made my jawline more masculine and poorly distributed that it's lumpy! It's one thing to be a good injector and look out for the best interest of your clients to say realistically if it's obtainable through filler or make the right suggestion but she clearly didn't and proceeded to do something she probably hasn't done before and ruining a clients face. It's been 2 weeks and I was thinking it must just be the swelling that has it looking lumpy and chipmunky but it's definitely not I can feel how uneven the filler is and even my friends who saw me said they thought I just gained weight and my face isn't as slim as before and very uneven! I spend $1600 this was not the result I was expecting and it made my face worse than it was before. I'll be booking an appointment to get this dissolved asap and finding out the name of that injector to include in this review but she was an older lady with blond hair BEWARE!
