They are greedy and putting the health of someone in danger. Funny part is we talked about the same issue a few years ago and they were supposed to deal with this already but now they are again trying to get us to pay for it because they couldn't or didn't contact the right people on the other Health system. My first session was perfect; our little girl wasn't hiding, but also wasn't showing her entire face. Even though we were able to snap some really great photos of her, the tech invited us back for a second session. A week later we came back and our baby was angled perfectly, except for the fact she had one of her arms covering half her face. Still achieving great photos of her, just with funny poses. Even after the first session I left feeling very satisfied with the work that was done, and the excellent customer service! Usually you don't wait that long. I'm sure it's long because of this supposedly new quicker system. lol Sent in image of requisition which is required before you book. (Had to borrow someone else's phone because I do not have a cell phone to begin with. They want it texted.) Anyways, the first day after waiting too long I thought I'd phone the next day. They don't have in the system the form I sent the day before. What a waste of time. Had to redo it all over again. Borrow a phone. Then it was 15 minutes of questions on the phone. Usually what the technician asks when you go for a mammogram. Did anyone in your family ever had breast cancer etc. etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they ask the same questions over again when I go. They said everything is good. Follow up ultrasound Oct 9, 2025 at EFW Radiology and I was told there is no heartbeat. EFW & my family doctor both confirmed that the ultrasound done at Canada Diagnostic Savanna misreported 137bpm when there was NO HEARTBEAT AT THAT TIME! NO CARDIO ACTIVITY.
