I waited for my turn, and when another customer came in, she was taken before me. I politely explained that I had been waiting first, but I was told to wait for another employee because the customer was a regular. I understand that regular customers are important, but I felt disappointed because I had already been waiting. As a longtime customer, I expected to be acknowledged and treated fairly. The employee who eventually did my eyebrows was very helpful and kind, and I was happy with her service. I want to make it clear that I appreciated her help. The label said "medium blonde." I don't understand, because I ended up with dark brown/black brows. It looked like two black caterpillars were crawling over my face. I insisted they correct it and they had to do bleach twice just to get it to a reddish/light brown shade. It wasn't what I wanted but at least it didn't look like caterpillars. I then realized because they had uniformly dyed the brows (why it took forever) my brows looked much thicker and I asked the guy to thread them some more. He started arguing with me and pretending he didn't understand what I was saying. I finally left after an hour and a half and stopped at CVS on the way home to buy tweezers to make them thinner myself. It still looks pretty bad and when I get back to my home city I'm going to see if I can get an emergency appointment with my hair stylist or brow lady to bleach them and thin them some more. The whole time they kept telling me "But it looks good." I don't think looking like you have caterpillars instead of brows looks good by anyone's standards.
