I am not well versed in alterations but I appreciated how she customized the approach for each pair of pants - for my wide leg jeans she brought it in along the waistline, and for my navy barrel leg she took the seat in in a couple areas using complementary thread colors. She claimed other cleaners like Nature's Green don't dry clean, they just use water to launder clothes dropped off for dry cleaning. Whatever!
