I had decided on this brand service provider carrier since they're affiliated with Deutsche Telekom in Europe. Thus, great connections whenever traveling. Now T-Mobile has 5G at the best price point, and it gets better and better for our family and household. It's a good decision. Five easy stars Thank you T-Mobile! "London's calling!" :)

I've had T-Mobile for two years and have been very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of their customer service staff. If they go full AI, I'm gone as I will not arm wrestle with a virtual being whose only conflict resolution skills will be found in a series of static, non-nuanced menus. I'm sure they've already run the numbers and have concluded if ten to twenty percent of their customer base takes a hike, their profits will still be just fine. In any case, I won't be sticking around to find out. One sorry star.
