The pharmacy technician apparently left without getting a backup for the poor pharmacist. He was swamped with work and had dozens of patients from the same urgent care I came from waiting for scripts. The problem was that nothing was processed in the orders received and people waiting had others who came after had their scripts filled straightaway and leaving. I sat there like an idiot with other very sick patients well into 1am. And my insurance information wasn't taken in correctly so I paid full price. I was in no mood of waiting more so I can do an all nighter at this sketchy CVS. The outside of the store doesn't seem safe as many homeless people and other hoodlums were smoking and dealing god knows what. Certainly not a place young female should be going unaccompanied at night.

There is always a line at the cashier and people wanting help to apply coupons, so it's hard to get someone's help for the bathroom to be unlocked or to get passport photos taken. I would only go if I had an item I could find myself and use the self-checkout.

She will ask for personal medical records, interrogate you about your medical experience and the reason you need your meds. She has actively lied about not receiving documentation from the doctors. Pharmacist Terene argued against the doctors script, and wrote on my script that I need to stop taking it. I've been on this controlled substance for 6 years. My medication gives me a better quality of life. I don't know why she wanted to deny me of getting a medication that allows me to function. Pharmacists and the techs back there all look miserable and like they hate their job. Pretty rude staff overall. I wouldn't wish this treatment on anyone by a pharmacy.

They got most of the stuffs that I like but they do have seasonal sales that could go up to 75% discount so...something I got things at really cheap and by luck too. Service is slow but friendly so can't say much. There is only one cashier at the register and I only see 2 only during holidays. Overall, they got what I needed and by luck, they're on sales. Parking is easy since they have their own parking and the store is clean, bright and airy.
