I was also referred to Blackjack Speed Shop from a friend that uses their other location. He has had multiple services done without ever having an issue. I have been here twice now resulting in a great experience. The first was for a roof rack with a light bar and the second was for a hidden light bar located above the front bumper. I had to wait for both projects to get completed which was ok since they have a nice seating area. Both times I was treated very professionally and they completed the job quickly. Afterwards they went over what was done and made sure that I was happy. As you can see from the pictures they have done a phenomenal job and the results are outstanding. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to get work done on your vehicle and need someone that you can trust.

Worst experience in years. The staff was anxious to help but the owner was rude, boorish,…read moreinflexible, patronizing and arrogant. He started the conversation with the statement that he had "reprimanded" his staff for trying to help me out of order. There was clearly a misunderstanding with his employees but he insisted he had told me something that he had not said and which was totally inconsistent with the conversations I had with his staff. He has poor people skills and even worse business instincts. I ended up taking my equipment and leaving the premises even though they were supposed to do warranty work. I would rather pay someone to do the work than deal with this knothead. I wouldn't be surprised if he has continual staffing problems. I certainly wouldn't work for him.

Being courteous, professional and patient unfortunately is not the way to work with this company…read more I dropped off my car at First Choice Paint & Body on 8/15/25, and as of 9/11/25 (almost a month later), I still do not have my car. On 8/22, I called for an update and was told they hadn't heard from my warranty company, SilverRock. Instead of following up themselves, I had to call SilverRock, gather the issue IDs, and give them directly to the body shop. On 8/22, they promised my car would be ready by 8/28-8/29. On 8/28, when I called, they pushed the date back to 9/4-9/5. On 9/3, they moved it again to 9/8-9/9. On 9/9, I was told the license plate holder needed to be replaced and that I should just buy one myself. On 9/10, they said it would take another 3-5 business days for SilverRock to cut them a check. At this point, it's been nearly four weeks, and I still don't have my car. The biggest issue has been the lack of communication and initiative. They only called me proactively once during this entire process--I had to contact them every other time. Their business process is ineffective, and customer service is essentially non-existent. As for the quality of their work--I can't even comment because I still don't have my car. Based on this experience, I'd rate them 0 out of 10 for service and accountability.

On 17 June 2024,I had my truck bed sprayed. (I know the date because I still have the receipt)…read moreUresti's was courteous and I had zero problems with the job they did. On 13 June 2025, I noticed I had about a quarter sized chip missing from the bedliner sprayed in 360 days prior. I initially sent 2 messages to their website inquiring if my bedliner is warranted but received no response. I went to Uresti's to ask if their bed liner was warranted to which I was told yes. They'd just need to take a photo of it to ask "Them" to approve the process. Great young gentleman came out, was very helpful, snapped the photos, took my information and said I'd hear from them possibly the following week. I called several times, at least once a week for about 2.5 weeks asking for a follow up. I left messages with my information and was not called back. I did manage to speak to a person via phone who said they would get back to me, I was not called back. 2 July, I drove back to Uresti's and was greeted by a nice gentleman who referred me inside and said the young lady behind the desk could help. I told her my situation. She informed me that she'd heard back from "Them" but their message was confusing which is why no one from Uresti's ever managed to call me back. So she called "Them" while I was there. She relayed the message that "They" would not cover the chip as a warranty item because I may have done the damage. I stated, I may have scraped the bed with a shovel as I was getting dirt out, and honestly I wasn't sure if thats what happened or not but that was the purpose for getting the bed sprayed, to protect it from me getting dirt out of the bed!!! Nevertheless, the young lady said, I had 2 options for repair and Uresti's would do it at the cost to them which was a square patch that would be noticeably different from the rest of the bed for $60, or they would redo just the floor of the bed for $150. I let her know I was very disappointed. I've had at least 3 other trucks sprayed and this had never happened. I was curious as to what spray manufacturer they used. She said it was Tuffliner or something to that effect and they used 2 gentlemen contracted the job to (the "Them" I've been referring to) but they were not open for the public to respond to so I was never given a name of who "Them" is. She said it's the best product they've used. I strongly disagree and pray it's the 1st and last truck I let "Them" spray due to the piss-poor results of what I was left with. Uresti's may be great for campers and things but I would not recommend you use them or "Them" for Spray in bedliners. Although courteous when I spoke to the staff, I expected a higher level of customer service as opposed to not following up with me for almost 3 weeks. Do better!! For bedliners, I recommend you find someone else and check the warranty!!
