I've never had a better dental experience. First, this place truly lives up to "modern" standards. The office is clean and filled with state-of-the-art equipment. If you are a new patient, the staff are even willing to give you the tour of the entire office. They even have monitors above your head so you can watch movies or listen to music. All in all, they really care about your comfort. My cleaning and fillings were thorough and painless. Dr. Le was meticulous and never rushed throughout the process. My mouth was happy when I left the office. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist in Dallas.

The receptionist told me that he would have to do x-rays again even though he had just me seen me a month ago and I had x-rays from a year ago when I first got there. I don't have dental insurance and although I understand Dr.Kerbel wants to be thorough it just seemed like a lot of extensive testing when he's already communicated to me that he felt like the filling was loose. The receptionist made it sound like he felt that since I was complaining about the tooth something much bigger could be going on which I think is a huge leap when I told them I just had a little sensitivity not major pain. So honestly I'm a little skeptical and because I communicated that ; they offered to do additional x-rays for free but I'm going to get a second opinion because I just felt like they want to do more than is necessary and it is quite expensive even though they have a very luxurious office. Furthermore I sent my fiancé there because of my initial teeth cleanings. He ended up getting seven sealants on his teeth due to Dr.Kerbel's recommendation. Now he has more sensitivity to those teeth and he regrets having it done. He was also told by the office that his insurance would cover the treatments and then after he had it done the office then stated it would not be covered and he had to pay out of pocket. I find that inexcusable and I believe if the office makes that kind of error they should pay for it since they misspoke and Jeff was misled. 11/5/17 I have had to block their office from calling me. It seems Connie keeps calling me wanting me to change this review but she is part of the reason for my negative experience in the first place. They really need to stop badgering me and I am definitely not interested in returning for any more treatments. Please stop calling me and understand I do not want to rehash things.

During my surgery and post-surgery, they made sure I was comfortable. They sent me a get well card and checked on me periodically. We walked in the office and the receptionist proceeded to say that unfortunately he had just left because her appointment was at 12:30 and they hadn't heard from us and didn't know if we were coming or not. So now, my wife will have to remain in pain until she can find another oral surgeon and go through the whole process again. I do not recommend Dr King for anything. The first thing I did when I got home, after discussing it with my spouse, I called the office to make an appointment for her Marie, Selena, May, and Dr. Ortega not only made me feel comfortable but they all performed their duties in an A+ manner. Their office is a positive note in our dog-eat-dog world. From the first time I walked in to check it out and make an appointment, I knew good souls occupied this facility. The prices were competitive and their state-of-the-art software breaks cost down, easy enough for the layperson to understand. The equipment is current and looked almost brand new. When my husband arrived for his appointment, he was told they could not see him because their records showed he had already been seen in April. This was completely inaccurate. They even advised the dental office to call them directly to verify this information. After spending far too much time trying to reach the office through a third-party answering service, I finally spoke with someone who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, she stated that it was not the dental office's fault for failing to thoroughly review my husband's records. She said she would look into the issue, but offered no real solution. I then asked to schedule a Saturday appointment for August 1 while they worked with the insurance company to resolve the mistake. I was told that was not possible. Since then, I have received no callback despite multiple attempts to follow up. I called again on Monday and heard nothing. Today, I called back and was hung up on three separate times. To make matters worse, the third-party answering service informed me that the Centerville location didn't open until 9, keep in mind its 9:30am. The lack of communication, poor customer service, inaccurate recordkeeping, and complete disregard for patients' time is unacceptable. Unfortunately i'm Going in for the third time because the quick attempted solution to "fix it" was to only file to tooth down and now my bite feels weird and because my insurance already payed them. Waiting time is also terrible. If the only time you have available is at 1, make your appointment a whole 2 hours ahead because they be skipping patients no matter how simple the appointment purpose is. They insisted on xrays, said insurance would cover it because new provider and then the cleaning they did was just to apply polish to my teeth. Terrible service and they lied about insurance covering xrays. My insurance says I have to pay for those so I wrote a BBB complaint asking for the bill to be released by them. They were terrible all the way around. I dont know how they were so busy.
