Update 6/2017 I went for a third cleaning and Dr.Kerbel had asked me if one of my teeth bothered me because he noticed the filling seem to be loose and at the time I said no it was fine. A month later I did notice when I was eating something but it seemed a little sensitive so I called them back to see if he could fix that filling. The receptionist told me that he would have to do x-rays again even though he had just me seen me a month ago and I had x-rays from a year ago when I first got there. I don't have dental insurance and although I understand Dr.Kerbel wants to be thorough it just seemed like a lot of extensive testing when he's already communicated to me that he felt like the filling was loose. The receptionist made it sound like he felt that since I was complaining about the tooth something much bigger could be going on which I think is a huge leap when I told them I just had a little sensitivity not major pain. So honestly I'm a little skeptical and because I communicated that ; they offered to do additional x-rays for free but I'm going to get a second opinion because I just felt like they want to do more than is necessary and it is quite expensive even though they have a very luxurious office. Furthermore I sent my fiancé there because of my initial teeth cleanings. He ended up getting seven sealants on his teeth due to Dr.Kerbel's recommendation. Now he has more sensitivity to those teeth and he regrets having it done. He was also told by the office that his insurance would cover the treatments and then after he had it done the office then stated it would not be covered and he had to pay out of pocket. I find that inexcusable and I believe if the office makes that kind of error they should pay for it since they misspoke and Jeff was misled. 11/5/17 I have had to block their office from calling me. It seems Connie keeps calling me wanting me to change this review but she is part of the reason for my negative experience in the first place. They really need to stop badgering me and I am definitely not interested in returning for any more treatments. Please stop calling me and understand I do not want to rehash things.

Dr. Motley quickly diagnosed my problem that a filling had broken and needed replacing. Removing the old filling was fast and painless. Refilling the tooth was even faster! So now, my wife will have to remain in pain until she can find another oral surgeon and go through the whole process again. I do not recommend Dr King for anything. If he was willing to walk out at the drop of a hat and leave a patient in pain, then he doesn't deserve anyone's business.

The first thing I did when I got home, after discussing it with my spouse, I called the office to make an appointment for her Marie, Selena, May, and Dr. Ortega not only made me feel comfortable but they all performed their duties in an A+ manner. Their office is a positive note in our dog-eat-dog world. From the first time I walked in to check it out and make an appointment, I knew good souls occupied this facility. The prices were competitive and their state-of-the-art software breaks cost down, easy enough for the layperson to understand. The equipment is current and looked almost brand new. Walked 3miles up there in the cold just for them to say they stop doing orthodontics on Wednesday with no call. They scheduled me 3 months later for March 3 for 4:30. They end up calling me at work saying I had to come in earlier because they were short staffed so I left work early arrived at 1:00pm.....I didn't leave till 3:47 with NO SERVICES DONE. They kept telling me I was up next but people I came in before went in before me. It was so bad every seat was full (16) seats in there. I gave my seat up to and elderly lady who had came in. A lot of people were upset and walking out so I thought I was next went up to go check they said I had and additional 2 people in front of me....another hour went by I just got fed up ask for manger they said she was busy like ALWAYS... tried to reschedule just for them to say they had something 1month later and this was the 4th time they've done this to me .my braces cost $2500 and I just want them off and at this point there's no point of having them if I can't get them checked when I have an appointment.....TERRIBLE PLACE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL ...save your money and time‼‼‼‼‼‼

I had gone in mid June for an evaluation & xrays. Which didn't cost me anything…read more I knew I had a tooth that was going to need pulling & remaking my partial lower denture. Had a little snaffu on today's visit. Due to my Doctor giving different directions than we normally do when I have a procedure with my blood thinners. Finally got the corrected directions & authorization fax to Brident & was able to get the cleaning & tooth extracted. Will post again when I get my permanent partial as the immediate one is quite thin.
