She went back as she had prepared to get the tooth extracted. The dentist that she saw decided to take an Xray and stated that there was nothing wrong with her tooth. If the correct methods were done in the beginning that she would not have gone to the office for a 2nd time. To make matters worse, when she arrived at the office a payment was taken before she ever saw the dentist. That is something that I never heard of before. How can you take a payment before work is done not knowing if additional work will be done which will require an additional charge? After taking her money, and the extraction was not going to be done, why keep her money? they did not have a problem taking it and keeping it and sending it through the process of sending it through as a payment which is not rightfully theirs to keep!!! She has been trying to call continuously to get her money back and now they are telling her that it is a process but was it a process when they took her money before services were rendered? Businesses like this have to do better with the services that they are providing and take their time with the patient's needs, not to unnecessary services and provide great customer services. Business flourish because of word of mouth and I would not recommend this place to anyone in the way that they have treated my friend and co-worker. And lastly, she has repeatedly called regarding her money, and it seems as though they have blocked her number. Can you even imagine that a place owing you money and they have the nerve to block YOU.. what would happen, if it was the other way around! DO BETTER RICHARDSON GENERAL AND COSMETIC DENTISTRY... This location is pretty convenient for those in the Richardson area, or even neighboring cities because it borders Plano as well. Charlene (front desk admin) is very friendly and efficient. I always get text notifications (you can set this up with them) two times prior to coming in, and a confirmation call. This is really useful for me because I make the appointments 6 months out and don't remember the specifics. If you need to change your appointment, it's also quite convenient to change times / days. Just take a note to the days they aren't open! The process of cleaning and results are always clearly explained to me when a question arises. The cleaning and polishing process is a painless experience, and fairly quick for me (under the hour). Everyone here is so nice- Recommend this dentist!

The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. This significantly reduced the price that we had to pay. I have filed a complaint against the Dentist and the practice with Medical Insurance , the credit card company and Better Business Bureau about this incident . I am senior citizen who is going through a hard time and I told the Dr. who called " friend " that it was not right what he was doing . He tried to correct it but his office Manager seems to have more power over him . She issued a refund and promptly reversed it as it was a pending credit. I am now going through a lot of issues with credit card card company and faxing all the documents to them has costs over $10.00 . It has been pink put on hold but they have lost the trust factor. Hopefully I will prevail. But none should hand over details of a credit card over the phone because it can be fraudulently used and in this this case it has . Dr. Allen Faiz did several dental work on my mouth . Unfortunatly, he is not a good dentist…read more I had 3 dental implants with him. Those causing me problems. I have a food trap in one side and the bite was not right in Both sides( implsnts are in left and right sides) Dr. Faiz did not seem to agree with how the crowns were fitting. He tried to make me believed all was correct. Also the color of the crowms did not match . He also did a bridge and a crown which was very painful. My bridge never really fit well, the upper teeth do not met with the lower teeth on my right side. This had cause one of my lower tooth to receded which is causing me pain. Currently, I have bleeding on both sides of my mouth ( he did a crown on left upper side too). I also have ulcers on the side of the bridge and implant from time to time. He definetly did a poor dentsl work on my mouth. Now, I will have to find another dentist that can hopefully fix this problem. I am so traumatize now and don't trust any dentist. Save your money and unecesary pain and avoid this dentist .
