This location is pretty convenient for those in the Richardson area, or even neighboring cities because it borders Plano as well. Charlene (front desk admin) is very friendly and efficient. I always get text notifications (you can set this up with them) two times prior to coming in, and a confirmation call. This is really useful for me because I make the appointments 6 months out and don't remember the specifics. If you need to change your appointment, it's also quite convenient to change times / days. Just take a note to the days they aren't open! The process of cleaning and results are always clearly explained to me when a question arises. The cleaning and polishing process is a painless experience, and fairly quick for me (under the hour). Everyone here is so nice- Recommend this dentist!

She lied to her and the credit card company. I have filed a complaint against the Dentist and the practice with Medical Insurance , the credit card company and Better Business Bureau about this incident . I am senior citizen who is going through a hard time and I told the Dr. who called " friend " that it was not right what he was doing . He tried to correct it but his office Manager seems to have more power over him . She issued a refund and promptly reversed it as it was a pending credit. I am now going through a lot of issues with credit card card company and faxing all the documents to them has costs over $10.00 . It has been pink put on hold but they have lost the trust factor. Hopefully I will prevail. But none should hand over details of a credit card over the phone because it can be fraudulently used and in this this case it has . The Dr the so called "friend" seems to be unaffected but I have told him I will filing fraud charges against him . Anyone going to this place of business beware of fraudulent charge and procedures done that were not allowed by the Insurance company so they can gouge with unnecessary charges and do not give out your credit card except in person. They have been rude as possible and acting like saints and lying . Something I with my medical situation can do without . Very poor and they lost two customers my wife and myself .
