They always take care of me. The hygienist is great and explains how and why cleaning practices need to be done. Dr Alexander Kasiri is fantastic, does not push for fillings until they are needed, not like some dentists want to go crazy to max out what they can get from insurance. Dr. K is one of the most caring and kind Dentists. His staff is terrific and excellent. They are friendly, considerate and kind. My spouse is apprehensive about going to dentist's. But, Dr. K made him feel at ease. He took his time to answer his questions and addressed all his concerns-I highly recommend him and we cannot wait to go and visit him again for our entire family's dental needs. He addressed and had an action plan to repair my husband's chipped tooth. He was fast and had availability soon to start repair work. My partner hates dentist's because they all remind him of the movie-"Marathon Man." If you're young it's a movie where the dentist's pull teeth for pleasure and torture Dustin Hoffman. You won't get this treatment here. Dr. Alexander will treat you kind and give you excellent service and treatment. We couldn't be happier with our decision and glad to find a dentist that isn't out for your wallet and making profits. We will be back and are very grateful to finally find an epic Dentist. I am scared of going to a dentist from horrible past experiences with other dentist. So my dental health has suffered. Alexander Dental was amazing for me! The staff made me feel very much at ease. I have been a patient of Alexander for years. Always had great service at this location. I recently had a root canal and crown completed a couple months ago. Needless to say, the crown did not fit properly and caused me excruciating pain. I returned to Dr. Alexander who supposedly ground down this crown to fit. Here I am a few weeks later and the pain is even more excruciating into my cheek and orbital socket. I returned to the office to try to get them to fix it. However, they were unable to see me and did seem to care that I was in pain caused by their work. Needless to say, I will have to return them to get this fixed aonce it is already paid for but I will not return to them for future services. This is sad after almost a decade of being a patient there. So upon update, I finally got in to see the dentist. He took about 2 minutes to look at it and order antibiotics while sending me to a specialist. Now I have to pay an additional $600 for someone to fix his mistake. read more

They have a great staff. Dr. Kasari is very knowledgeable and conservative in his care. They only recommend what's needed and put a watch on things that could be an issue in the future. Great staff! Everyone from Becky at he front desk to Dr. Kasiri all know their jobs very well. I really appreciate Becky thoroughly going over my "semi-complicated" health and dental insurance plans (I'm a federal employee). I got burned twice by dentists in the past due to them not verifying my dental coverage. I like the fact that the dentist office is Christ-centered. I used this dentist for several years . I was very upset when I went to get my crown and I took a while to pick up. My mother had been in hospital and then I had gall bladder surgery so needless to say itn didn't fit and I was fine paying again . What was wrong was that they all embarrassed me because I had not picked it up. So what was I suppose to do leave my mom in Houston so I could pick it up on time. It really was hurtful because I liked everyone there and he is a great dentist but learn some compassion that people go thru difficulties and I wasn't just avoiding going to dentist . Customer should always be a consideration . Will not return . read more

I have been a patient for 9 years. I love Dr. Kasiri as well as Jennifer and the hygienist. I trust him totally. I came to him after I was told by another dentist that I needed three root canals. I made an appt with Alexander Dental and didn't mention my other dental visit. Dr. Kasiri didn't say anything about root canals, just pulp caps. It's 9 years lAyer and I still haven't needed even one root canal. That being said, I do think they need a new person behind the desk because she is super sweet but has mixed up my appointment times more than once and also gives me guilt about my husband not wanting to come in. I had such an amazing experience!! They exceeded my expectations when it comes to going to the dentist. Jessica, who did my teeth cleaning, was very accommodating and friendly. Love her personality and she is great at what she does! Ms. Becky was also very helpful and sweet assisting me and getting things done.
