I did not have any side effects after the treatment. When the doctor put crown on, he asked multiple times to check if the crown fits within the teeth. The general atmosphere is quiet and clean. He is extremely personable and leaves a lasting impression considering patients don't talk with the dentist for too long during the cleaning appointment. I also got my wisdom teeth pulled not too long ago. I was just given some anesthesia. It was quick & easy! I was prescribed antibiotics and really did not need any painkillers because recovery was not bad at all. Even got a phone call from Dr. Kung checking how I was doing. My dentist in my hometown had been so good but he passed away. The current dentist doesn't do much of the work but his hygienist does. The previous one I had only worked one or two days a week and it took a while to get in to her and if I had to cancel I might have to wait 6 months to get into her again. So I have a new hygienist and I really like her! Don't ask me her name, I can't remember her name. She's been doing dental hygiene for 37 years I think she said. I told her there's NO WAY. She doesn't look old enough. But she says she is, she has 3 boys and is getting close to retirement age. I go in every 3 months because I have an auto immune disease they need to watch and treat. This time they did a deep cleaning which I was really worried about how painful it would be. The hygienist numbed the section of my mouth first. Then Dr Crandall came in and gave me several shots on that side in my gum. It all turned out very well. They've done the bottom front of my teeth and I have another appointment scheduled for more. Let this be a lesson to all of you younger then us 60-70 somethings. We weren't taught about flossing or using a "WaterPik" of some kind. I try to get used to it but I just haven't managed it. If you don't brush or floss or use a water pik get up to speed. You're only hurting yourself in the long run.

Education is a huge part of the experience and I appreciate being taught how to keep my teeth AND my gums healthy. They really care about keeping my teeth in good shape and condition while being honest about what is working and what's not. The office is very clean and everyone on the staff is wearing a mask as they should in these Covid times. During the exam, x-rays were taken which revealed an infection in the root socket area of two molars. Options were discussed including a visit to periodontist and/or an oral surgeon. Prescriptions were issued to address infection while evaluating the possibilities. My choice was to schedule an extraction as it was the dentist's opinion the infection could not be eliminated dues to its location. The procedure was painless aside from the first injection of numbing agent. As this was not my first "rodeo", I was prepared. Post extraction pain was nonexistent because of the pain med prescription. Healing was without incident. Subsequent appointments for routine exam and cleaning have also been thorough and professional.

Communication When I got there, they were so warm and welcoming. Asked me to fill out the paperwork and got me right in. We did x rays, had a quick peek, and they gave me a quote. (I don't have any insurance so this is important to me before ANY work is done) they showed me where my issues were, what I needed to get done, and him gave me a slightly less expensive temporary alternative until I could go in again and get the complete job done. Some things that made this the best experience: I was able to schedule online which was convenient since I found them on a Sunday night. I scheduled a new patient appointment at 5pm so no work was missed. They are following all covid precautions and it felt safe. The kids waiting area kept my 3 year old busy and was pretty cool with their iPad section. The staff was all excellent, very professional and caring. Jackie did my sons X-rays and she was so friendly and caring. Dr Reddy is a great dentist and made my son feel very comfortable and not scared at all. He explained everything and made this an easy visit. They offer payment plans so I wasn't overwhelmed with all the work that had to be done. This place is excellent and I will continue to bring my son here and recommend it to everyone.
