The best he will offer is to redo the fillings and "will probably lead to root canal and crown." I had four fillings done by Nishit and all four failed the following month. I told him when he finished the fillings that when he used the floss it cut the floss. He said it was nothing to worry about and that he would make any touch ups for free when I come in a month later for cleaning. I said ok and brought it up again first thing when I came back for my cleaning a month later. The AI scan of my teeth confirmed the new fillings had all failed. I'm afraid to go back Richardson family dentistry as my teeth or so damaged I'm afraid to smile or take pictures anymore. My insurance was maxed out so I have to wait a full year to find a new dentist that can help me fix the mistakes. If you need any dental work beyond a cleaning. Please beware. I really hope no one has to be put through what I have been put through. The staff is nice and very polite including Nishit. He is just inexperienced with fillings.

I have been to this Dentist for almost three years but this past month I have suffered from the…read moreStaff of the Dr for fraudulently charging me for covered reimbursement from Insurance company and fraudulent use of my credit card because the office Manger Becky demanded my credit card with the CVV code and used it fraudulently charging me twice and giving back one refund and telling the Insurance Representative had three way call with us . She lied to her and the credit card company. I have filed a complaint against the Dentist and the practice with Medical Insurance , the credit card company and Better Business Bureau about this incident . I am senior citizen who is going through a hard time and I told the Dr. who called " friend " that it was not right what he was doing . He tried to correct it but his office Manager seems to have more power over him . She issued a refund and promptly reversed it as it was a pending credit. I am now going through a lot of issues with credit card card company and faxing all the documents to them has costs over $10.00 . It has been pink put on hold but they have lost the trust factor. Hopefully I will prevail. But none should hand over details of a credit card over the phone because it can be fraudulently used and in this this case it has . The Dr the so called "friend" seems to be unaffected but I have told him I will filing fraud charges against him . I have a food trap in one side and the bite was not right in Both sides( implsnts are in left and right sides) Dr. Faiz did not seem to agree with how the crowns were fitting. He tried to make me believed all was correct. Also the color of the crowms did not match . He also did a bridge and a crown which was very painful. My bridge never really fit well, the upper teeth do not met with the lower teeth on my right side. This had cause one of my lower tooth to receded which is causing me pain. Currently, I have bleeding on both sides of my mouth ( he did a crown on left upper side too). I also have ulcers on the side of the bridge and implant from time to time. He definetly did a poor dentsl work on my mouth. Now, I will have to find another dentist that can hopefully fix this problem. I am so traumatize now and don't trust any dentist. Whatever his intention may have been, his manner made me feel ashamed and unwelcome. It remains the dental visit I regret most.
