But recently have been introduced to the Hapa Bowl. Lord. I can't remember the last time I was so addicted to something. I ate it five days in a row. It was so perfect, especially during the summer heat and when I was so busy working that I didn't have time to buy and prepare fruits. The bowl comes with açai sorbet, and a yogurt based sorbet, which basically taste like plain Yami Yogurt. The Combination with the fresh fruits, the honey and the granola bit hemp seeds. So yum. Now I eat it in moderation; about once a month. But just another great thing from Sugah Daddeh's. I also keep his juice popsicles in the freezer on hand all the time for the family when they need something cool. Thank goodness they are so close right now. Some other very interesting and different combos to try. They got the ice ratio just right where it's like a smooth full texture but no ice you need to chew. They add a bit of condensed milk in most of their smoothies and it is perfectly sweet imo. Some might prefer a sweeter smoothie but for me this is perfect! Their prices are also amazing given it's literally a fresh fruit smoothie they wash, cut, and blend for you and the cup is a really good size too like 24 oz I think. The wait can be a bit long and sometimes they get backed up, but it is absolutely worth it. Inside is cute, clean, and air conditioned. 10/10 would recommend. Would come here every day if I could!

It comes in one size only, 16 oz and pricey at $11.99. The drink is ono but I think the toasted coconut made it too sweet. The haupia would have been enough to give the drink that coconut taste. We each ordered the black bean & beet burger - my fave! It's very tasty & a good sized sandwich with toppings of your choice, very filling. I also ordered from the salad bar, the kale & beet salad - another fave! It's the only way I'll eat kale. Over the years I've tried a lot of their food. The baked goods are even better than Starbucks, especially the banana bread & the blueberry scones. Ordering is easy from the kiosks set up in the food area. Since it's all cooked to order, not fast food so it does take a few minutes wait time. Down to Earth is a great place to get some healthy, tasty food, give them a try!

They used to by the Waiau district park,but have now been at the Pearlridge parking next to the old Sears and Zippys. There's a gathering of a couple lunch trucks and a few picnic tables under some trees in a once busy parking lot. I think it's a nice little area to grab lunch and a drink. Zoomy Tea is a bright green trailer and you can see it from the street. They are only there on Saturdays. You can follow them on Instagram or Facebook. They have fruit smoothies and milk teas. What really caught my eye was the hojicha and genmaicha. Both are green tea based. The genmaicha is a green tea with roasted rice, which has a stronger flavor and a slight bitterness, but I liked it a lot. So many boba places just taste like milk shakes minus the tea, so it was nice to actually taste the tea for once. I had the sweetness at 25 percent. Both can be just tea or milk tea and of course you can add boba. The boba adds sugar and honey in Zoomy's case. They are super friendly and accommodating. They can affect how strong the tea to be to meet your liking. Oh in case you're wondering, their straws are bio degradable, but also super durable. They are not using mini toilet paper rolls that biodegrade in your drink. Ruins the entire experience. Glad they have good straws, which would never typically be in a review, but since this ban on plastics...it's come up so many times. I was craving it today, but it's Sunday...darn it.

Offering treats like the classic beloved Halo Halo in many different forms though since it's the hottest time of the summer afternoon it has to be a bit more refreshing so it was the Italian Cream Soda for me and with a bunch of flavors available Guava sounded interesting and was a treat. Need to be shaken as all the syrup is on the bottom slightly shaken and stirred it was just the sip I craved. The single staff is sweet I imagine is the owner but informed of the various other flavors that may have not been listed as well.
