Parking:lots of parking at the shopping center…read more Service: it's just a little kiosk but the workers there are friendly & I loooove getting my sugar cane drink craving here. All the flavors are so good no matter what. Very neat & clean area. Always see the worker cleaning up after or while making the drinks & I love that. Was too good that I always forget to snap a photo. But they have pictures of how the drinks look. Love that it's clear cups so you can see your pretty drink. Would I come back? Of course hands down the best!

I wish I could give this place a 3.5 overall, but the service deserves 0 stars…read more From the moment we walked in, there was zero acknowledgment from the employee. She was watching Tinker Bell on the TV and didn't greet us or even look up - no hello, no smile, just awkward silence. We were the only ones in the store and still had to awkwardly approach the counter just to get help. As first-time customers, there was also no explanation of the scoop sizes or pricing, which made ordering more confusing than it needed to be. When we finally ordered, two items were made correctly, but one person in our group ordered dragonfruit gelato. The employee started scooping strawberry instead, and even after we politely pointed it out, there was no acknowledgment or apology--just silence. It made for a really uncomfortable interaction. While we were eating, the employee went into the back, and we could hear her loudly scrolling on social media with the volume on full blast, even laughing at times. Toward the end of our visit, she came back to the front, sat down, and continued on her phone. The entire atmosphere felt so awkward that we decided to leave and finish our gelato in our cars. Even as we walked out, there was no thank you, no goodbye--no acknowledgment at all. It was honestly disappointing. That said, the gelato itself is actually really good, and the interior of the shop is nice. That's the only reason I'd consider coming back. Unfortunately, the service really brought the experience down. Proper customer service training is definitely needed. I would come back for sure, but I wouldn't return if that same employee was behind the counter.

A small tea/smoothy trailer available only on Saturdays…read more I think I heard of this place through a friend. They used to by the Waiau district park, but have now been at the Pearlridge parking next to the old Sears and Zippys. There's a gathering of a couple lunch trucks and a few picnic tables under some trees in a once busy parking lot. I think it's a nice little area to grab lunch and a drink. Zoomy Tea is a bright green trailer and you can see it from the street. They are only there on Saturdays. You can follow them on Instagram or Facebook. They have fruit smoothies and milk teas. What really caught my eye was the hojicha and genmaicha. Both are green tea based. The genmaicha is a green tea with roasted rice, which has a stronger flavor and a slight bitterness, but I liked it a lot. So many boba places just taste like milk shakes minus the tea, so it was nice to actually taste the tea for once. I had the sweetness at 25 percent. Both can be just tea or milk tea and of course you can add boba. The boba adds sugar and honey in Zoomy's case. They are super friendly and accommodating. They can affect how strong the tea to be to meet your liking. Oh in case you're wondering, their straws are bio degradable, but also super durable. They are not using mini toilet paper rolls that biodegrade in your drink. Ruins the entire experience. Glad they have good straws, which would never typically be in a review, but since this ban on plastics...it's come up so many times. I was craving it today, but it's Sunday...darn it.

The boba teas and smoothies are really delicious. I…read morerecommend the place, come here, Pleasant atmosphere and 100% service

Sweet young lady said boba is not ready. Don't need boba I replied. Best of 3 world: matcha like Jamba, green tea ice cream like Dave's and pudding on bottom like Coffee Tea. You can tell I like liquid refreshment, right? $18+ for 2 drinks. Par for the course... costly but good. Nice to try some place different.

Items Ordered: Avocado Smoothie (my go-to!)…read moreChocolate Oreo Shake (50% sweet) Peach Iced Tea with Lychee Jelly (50% sweet) This place never disappoints! I always get the avocado smoothie -- it's rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Highly recommend if you're an avocado fan. My friend ordered the chocolate Oreo shake at 50% sweetness. It was still quite flavorful, with a strong chocolate and Oreo taste. Next time she might go for 25% since it's on the sweeter side, but still very good! Another friend got the peach iced tea with lychee jelly at 50% sweetness -- super refreshing and just right for the hot weather. A perfect light option. They also have a new item on the menu: Labubu Milk Tea Ice Cream. It's super creative, very aesthetic, and fun to eat. Definitely Instagram-worthy! Overall, love the drink variety here and the fun seasonal items. Great spot to cool down and treat yourself when you're in the area.
