The place was empty but quickly filled up when I was waiting for my order.

We both wanted the $11.99 Chicago dog combos. The clerk asked if we wanted to upgrade to the medium combo, so we agreed thinking it was only a dollar more. Turns out the meal came to almost $37! As we sat down to wait for our food, my son asked me if there was a mistake with the total. In astonishment, I looked at the receipt. It should have been around $26 total. When I confronted the clerk he said it was because we upgraded to the medium combo! So you're telling me the upgrade was almost $11 more. I was so disgusted that I just walked away. Won't go there again and I'll tell everyone what happened. Very disappointed.

BUT the thing that is crazy to me is the jalapeño poppers. Is this pricing real? The worst part is that their poppers are almost always empty. I rarely get cheese in them. They're either over or under cooked every time. If I were to get a 3 piece I would be paying $1.53 for ONE empty popper. Plus tax. So it's just outrageous. I'm not sure if this is the standard pricing all over the place, or if this particular one is just hurting for money. Either way it's upsetting. Also, I did reach out as the business manager asked that day and never received a response.
