Sure is convenient. Coming from out East was confused as to time. Lunch pizza not available when breakfast pizza being served, and I'm not an egg on my pizza kinda guy. Prices better than a lot of convenience stores. There was a line that moved quickly. And a gas pump that didn't work and required going back in and changing pump. read more

I understand that it takes a certain kind of person to work that shift with all the drunk and disorderly people that come in at that time of the morning, but us hard working people don't need a cashier that acts like they are being bothered with having to do their job. This review is for the Maverik station located at Chambers Rd., Aurora, CO: Started using their non-ethanol 87 gasoline in our 2009 Toyota Sierra minivan and got a reasonable mileage increase of several tenths city. Got another fillup at the quarter tank mark and now mileage has decreased back to what we got with ethanol. Makes me wonder if they are negligent in how there tanks are filled. Will try again after sufficient time has elapsed for their tank to clear. In the meatime will try Murphy's non-ethanol for comparison. read more

Went to Mavericks to order a cinnamon bun at 7:01 AM. They were already closed. Been there numerous times never have cinnamon buns.

I stopped at this location while I was waiting for my Uber back to Colorado Springs. I decided to try something hot and order from the "made to order" counter in the back. I ordered simply a Chicken Cheese Quesadilla. When I got the order after I paid, there was chicken, cheese, guacamole, and sour cream. I didn't complain. There was an individual who took my order who seemed to be very illiterate, and was "training". The lady training him helped him use the functions on the microwave oven to finish a tray of tater tot's. Now, I'm it going to say my illness at all is all of this shops fault, but I will say I started feeling sick about 1.5 hours after I got to Colorado Springs. Looking back, I believe the product I was given was contaminated. I watched and observed the individual training, go from touching the cold tater tot's, to using the oven, printing my receipt, all with the same pair of latex/powder gloves. I would hope whoever is training him is also ensuring food sanitation and safety measures. I would almost guarantee that he did not have his ServSafe certification and should not be handling food without knowing anything about contamination. I will rate 2/5 because I do think the rest of the store has great service, and everyone was helpful. I won't visit this location again. read more

. Mavericks drive me crazy! whether I go to the one in Salt lake City or clear to Saratoga Springs I'm forced to go in to pay for gas. I can pay with a card everywhere else but Maverick's I get a message to "see cashier". It's so annoying. Last night I it made me go in, I asked for a receipt and was told I could get that at the pump so go out to pump and get receipt but yet again had to go back in to cashier to get the receipt. I just stopped there to fuel up and get something to eat. The young lady that took/made my food was very good,friendly, and professional. The cashier. Well a 19 year old girl, with piercings all in her face very rude. I'm 46 and have a 18 year old daughter turns 19 a a few months. Seeing all her piercings and tattoos made me think of my daughter. Just the age you know. I asked how old she is. She got weird said I'm sorry but I'm 19! And walked away. I've been out of the game a while. But I don't think asking that is a pick up line. Certainly not what I was doing even remotely. But based on other reviews I'm not the only one she is rude to. read more

On 1/18/2019 at 5:30 pm I stepped out of my vehicle and slid on black ice and broke my phone. I went inside and told the clerk that I had slipped and broke my phone. By Colorado state law you are suppose to put ice melt done so someone doesn't slip and fall. All she could say is I'm sorry. No incident report was filed. I texted my husband and let him know. 1/19/2019, I went back to the Maverik, I spoke to another clerk, he provided me with a phone number to their customer service. No incident report was filed. On 1/21/2009 I contacted their customer service location and let them know what happened. I've been waiting for about 2 weeks with no call back. I called back 2/5/2019, spoke to Travis, who proceeded to tell me that they can't find on their footage I ever slipped in their parking lot and that I was using them just to get a new phone. When did it ever become the customer's responsibility to provide footage to any company? Not my problem, companies problem. This company failed to find footage and failed to file a incident report within 24 hours after the accident. Just a little extra, I will never eat here again. There has been several times I have purchased food and it has been undercooked! No one likes to eat liquid eggs in a burrito or raw dough. Disgusting! read more
