The sales representatives who came to my home in Waller were Daniel Hernandez and Jonathan Guzman, both of whom straight up lied to me just to make a commission. They demanded we "upgrade" just to keep the service, and jacked up the price by 78% from the old rate. We put up with this until this month, then found several companies with much better deals and service reputations. When I called Hawk they did not offer to match the lower rates, but insulted me instead and told me I had to pay in advance for June PLUS they would not cancel service for 30 days.
