I felt safe with their product choice as it's one of the least toxic out there. Every person we interacted with, from initial call to the technician that did the cleaning was professional, respectful, experienced and a pleasure. They were incredibly clean too, which means a lot to me as a clean freak/germaphobe. Since then, we've recommended them to family and friends who were equally impressed and happy with their experience. We just had them come to our new house to service our ducts here too and even in the middle of a pandemic, I'm absolutely blown away by the experience. The gentleman who as incredibly covid conscious and respectful of us and our home. He went above and beyond to make sure to keep us all safe. He also told us about some insulation that was wedged in a cold air return (that shouldn't have been) versus just moving to the next room. The staff are compassionate, friendly and professional and tremendously eased their initial separation anxiety. My youngest does both speech and occupational therapy. Both therapists worked at other daycares and told me they had started recommending Bright Light to their friends who are expecting and to parents looking for daycares. Not only does the staff welcome the therapists into their classes, but they keep me up to speed on his therapy sessions' progress and they carry out what the therapists instruct him to do. The director abides by the rules and takes them seriously. While this may be misundertood by some, I would rather leave my children in the care of a professional who follows the rules and abides by the law and who I can trust to leave my children with. Not only that, but she only hires the best staff to work alongside her. Also, at a time of political and religious conflict, and as a family with very different backgrounds in those aspects, she has made us feel welcome, we were treated with a lot of compassion and respect, and she has taken the time to stop and ask me about our culture and beliefs and has been very respectful to them, which you would not see happening at your average daycare! Due to the ridiculous amount of rain we've had in the last week, our unit (and others) had water in them. We were notified the day after the big rain by text, email and a personalized call telling us that our unit may have gotten wet and we need to come in as soon as possible to check it out, and if we couldn't be there could we give permission for them to cut the lock. We went in on the 4th of July. All workers were present. One worker showed us to our unit, started feeling around for wet spots, taking pictures, and helped move/carry things. They then offered to move all of our stuff to the brand new Forest Hills location. They had called all local movers and booked everyone they could, so they could move everyone ASAP. We showed up the next morning, and all of our stuff was being loaded onto the truck. We met them at Forest Hills were we filled out paper work, have a month free, a claims form and are now stored in a beautiful new building. The movers, moved everything back in and helped identify any boxes that felt damp. The ones that were wet were set aside to dry. For folks that had a lot of wet items, they were given another unit (free) and restoration was coming to dry everything out. I'm saying all of this because Guardian actually did not need to do any of this. They could have just given us a claims form and told us to move everything out. They went above and beyond on a holiday week to try to make everything as easy as possible. It is a really crappy situation for everyone involved, and they handled it with class. However, a quick google search can tell you that this response is not the norm. I recommend Guardian Storage and I know that they do rounds to check on everything and if there is ever a problem, I trust that I will know as soon as possible and everything will be okay.

I came to Henne in April 2023 to repurpose my grandmother's wedding band and engagement ring as a…read moregift for my mother for my wedding in August 2023. The rings were too small for her fingers and so my grandmother gave me these years and years ago since they didn't fit my mom. My mom had no idea of this surprise and her father (my grandfather) passed away a few months after I was born, so this was extremely special to her. I had brought a bunch of old gold jewelry to scrap to cover the cost of the repurposing and a diamond to mount to the center of the two rings that had a gold band to scrap. The first meeting with Madison was to design the new ring. Ultimately, we were not changing much - just resizing and adding a diamond. She seemed to understand the ask. We waited several weeks and they called to say we could come in and pick up the ring. Upon coming in, we met with a different person than Madison. He was assuming we were just paying out of pocket when I reminded him of the scrap value going towards the ring. He searched and had no idea what I was talking about. I insisted we wait until Madison was in to pay. Upon seeing the new ring, I tried it on, and realized they mounted the diamond to the wrong ring. These two rings are identical, however, they need to be stacked in a certain way to be flush. They didn't check for this and put it on the wrong ring. They covered the cost to fix it but it took the same amount of time as the original (4-6 weeks). Luckily, we approached them months before our actual wedding date with all these delays. Once finished with the fixes, Madison later called to tell us to come in on a specific day when she was working. We came in and got the gold appraisal as well. She pulled out all the old jewelry that I had provided but the gold band to the mounted diamond was not in the pile, which I also wanted to scrap. She went to look and couldn't find or access it. We had to come back again another day because the appraiser (maybe) had it locked up in his office. Finally, we came back to pick up the ring and obtain our scrap cash. Of course this was with a third person that I haven't met with before. But, I tried it on, all good and well - we left. Come day of the wedding, my mom cried, she loved it, etc. However, after wearing it the day of the wedding, two small diamonds got lost. Of course she was devastated, and didn't want me to take on the cost of this after paying for the original repurposing. Note that we did not have a crazy wedding nor is she the type of person to flair her hands around. She went upon herself to take it to a different jeweler who questioned the integrity of Henne given that they didn't put this "industry standard" coating on the rings to 1. Make them shinier 2. Lock in or seal the diamonds in. She had to pay another couple of hundred dollars out of pocket because of Henne's lack of professionalism and quality. I personally will never go back to Henne for any repurposing needs. They did not make this process easy or fun in any way (which was supposed to be a nice surprise for my mother) nor did I feel like my valuable items were in safe hands. Whether you sign up to be a Food Rescue Hero or join a volunteer event setup by the organization, you can help to limit food waste and feed the hungry. Food Rescue Heroes sign up for push notifications through the app and are pinged when restaurants or grocery stores near them have donations... but just need someone to come rescue them... making volunteering like a game to come to the rescue first!! My work partnered with 412 Food Rescue for a rescue at PNC Park. We went into the bowels of the stadium and rescued excess buns from a recent homestand of games that were then taken to local food banks and put into the hands of families later that day! PNC Park orders a hot dog and bun per seat for every game. 38,000 hot dogs and in September only about 5,000 people attend.. and I doubt they all eat a hot dog! That's a lot of excess food, so we sorted through the buns to check for mold or rodents. It was such an easy volunteer opportunity and so impactful with a direct impact to the community! Took my sister on one and she asks when we are doing the next one. Knowing that food does not get thrown away but gets to folks who can truly use it is such a great feeling - my first rescue was a SUV full of food that would have otherwise ended up in a dumpster--- I was speechless. Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.
