Not only was I not greeted but more like ignored by Lauren at the front counter. After she avoided looking up at me as I stand in front of her at the register, I went ahead and said hello and that I was there for an online order. She proceeded to let me know she'd get with me when she can that she had many things she already was doing. I let her know that's okay and began looking around. I could tell she was either having a bad day or overwhelmed (Although in the store there was maybe 3-4 people including the fitting area). Once I seen her head to the back I thought I'd be nice and head back there so she could do a measurement without having to walk to the counter and then back to the bra area. Not only did she rudely ask for my ID when I asked her to do the measurement while still holding the bag in the middle of the store she did not offer me a bag to put my online purchase in nor did she ask me to check it. Lauren conducted the measurement in the most demeaning way she had me hold the measurement tape to my bust and spin around and when I went "to fast" she yelled at me to stop. She then told me my measurements which seemed completely off because I recently lost a significant amount of weight and that was bigger then any bra size I've had since wearing a bra for 17 years . I asked her was she sure and seen her look up to make a face at her coworker at the register as if I shouldn't have questioned her. I went ahead and thanked her and did not purchase a bra there but instead went and got measured somewhere else which was 5 sizes smaller then what she told me and bought a bra on torrids website. If I shop with torrid ever again it will not be at this location, which is disappointing because It's the closest and I have shopped here for years at this location. I've had many encounters with Lauren, she is never welcoming or nice but today she was plain rude and disrespectful.

I reached out to the main office in the Galleria to tell them what happened. I was told that they would reach out to the owner and call me right back. I didn't know if or when I would get that call back. In less than 5 minutes, I received a call to confirm the details. I informed the caller what I had purchased and the size. With no issues at all, I was told that the tee was still back at the pop-up. I received a genuine apology and was informed that the tee would be at the pop up. I went back to the festival to pick up my tee without incident. I appreciate an honest business. That means so much to me as a consumer. The Woke Brand has definitely gained a customer. As recently as last year, I have found that Old Navy makes great work pants. The stretchy, comfortable types that feel like leggings but are loose enough to pass as real work pants. I love them and I have found them in my size at this very store. I even found a few at a really good deal (less than $10)! Not only that but Old Navy have upped their game in the athletic wear department. On my recent trip there, I found several leggings and workout top that looked and feels excellent. It is now a usual stop to peruse their athletic wear whenever I am in store. Checkout counter moves fairly quickly here. I haven't had to wait longer than maybe 5 minutes. Other associates are very helpful as well. I can't really complain! Great deals, nice people, this is definitely my go-to for bargain shopping.

Cashier was nice and had no issues I used my old navy cash to benefit from the savings to get a better deal. Staff members write your name in chalk on the door of the fitting room when you go on to try clothes and will grab different sizes for you if you need! That being said, clothes here are definitely on the pricier end (shorts for $36, tops $50s, dresses from $70-120s) but the dresses are really good quality. There is a section towards the back that is clearance/sale where you can find stuff significantly marked down (from $78 down to like $30). However these are often XS or XL sizes.
